Cons:

The floor was sticky and the rug was dirty needed vacuuming ask to have both done said she would send someone to do it but no one did. Asked for towels and wash clothes 2 different times and never got them.

As budget hotels go, it wasn't bad at all. But it wasn't especially good, either.
Pros:

There's free coffee in the office. The staff seemed pleasant. The room, while a bit shabby, was clean and the pillows were good. No complaints there!

Cons:

The public areas were not at all clean, especially the stairwells. The trash bins overflowed, and the stairwells smelled of cigarette smoke. (I didn't use the pool area, so I have no idea. It looked clean from a distance).

The electronic lock on my room worked intermittently, often requiring 5 to ten insertions before showing up green. This could be a safety concern

Pros:

I had a great stay the staff was great I had a problem with the water backing up in the shower they gave me another room as soon as they got another room cleaned

Pros:

Location and evening girl that checked us in.

Cons:

No liner for ice bucket but it wasn't a big deal so we didn't go get one. We just did without.
