Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht. Vom Hotel kommt man schnell und bequem nach Toronto downtown und am Abreisetag zum Terminal. Die Zimmer sind große und sehr gut isoliert, so dass man vom Flugbetrieb kaum etwas mitbekommt. Wir hatten Loungezugang. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendessen. Einchecken und Auschecken verlief reibungslos.

Cons:

Das WLAN ist sehr schwach und war kaum nutzbar.

Excellent staff and location make the high price worth it. Upgrade to lounge if you can.
Pros:

One room for the whole family. So close to airport. Excellent staff - every person was kind and helpful. Bar staff, lounge, porter, desk staff, cleaners, all outstanding. It was great to have lounge access. The gym is very good.

Cons:

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Too many TVs in public spaces, cheapens the atmosphere in an otherwise classy area.

Great Hotel Amazing Staff
Pros:

When my husband and I travel out of Pearson Airport, we always stay at the Sheraton Gateway in Terminal 3. You can walk to your flight in the morning, and it truly makes our travel much less stress-free. The Hotel Staff are always efficient, friendly and quickly accommodating. On our recent stay on May 14, 2026, I left a very special shirt behind. I contacted Housekeeping who immediately responded and confirmed they had my item and emailed me a photo. Within a few days, my item was returned to me.
I would also recommend doing the upgrade to the Lounge. It is 24/7 and it was wonderful at 4:30am to get a cappuccino and read the newspaper.
The Sheraton Gateway Terminal 3 at Pearson Airport has always made a great positive stress-free difference to our travel. Having travelled the world, this is, without a doubt, a First Class Five Star Hotel with First Class Service.

Pros:

The location was good for an international hotel.
Reception staff were good,breakfast restaurant staff, may as well have not been there.

Cons:

We paid for breakfast to be included, but it was not a full breakfast, there was a monetary value.
1 of us had eggs Benedict, I had yoghurt and fruit.
We both had juice and a coffee, a waiter came and refilled our coffee without asking or being asked, we thought it was complimentary, but on departure we had to pay an extra $20.00 for our breakfast.
Tim Hortons would have been a better choice.
