I had to stay in the hotel because my connection flight (on my way to Colombia) was push to another day and I was stock in Toronto in summer clothes so the convenience of an on-site airport was perfect. Employees were very helpful and I also could get a late check-out in order to work form my room while waiting on my next flight (that was push two time the second day) so very convenient again! Staff was also very helpful in how to naviguate the airline counters and everything to et informations.
Expensive but worth every penny to stroll from my room to the check-in desk in only five minutes at the hideous hour of 3.30 a.m. Also great food in the restaurant. The pool was small but functional and the separate whirlpool was a nice relaxing addition.
At 500 bucks a night it is only for rich people :-(
Location and quality
It’s a little expensive
Location within the airport, easy to find for someone who isn’t familiar, fabulously clean, very quiet, very comforrable.
I’d have liked the invoice to be a little lower although I expect the price to follow the current market and inflation
A few steps to your gate
Directions inside the airport are lacking
Great location
All good
It was lovely clean, a perfect sleep for our family. Room was comfortable and spacious for us all
We were charged on the credit card we booked with, then when we arrived they asked for a credit card. I said it wasn’t the same as the booking, they took it but I didn't expect to be charged again
Location
Location is perfect for an early flight (directly in Terminal 3 and linked through a shuttle leaving every 2 minutes to the main terminal 1 of Air Canada). The wait time for checking in was not short and there was an issue with the batteries of my door forcing me to come back to reception twice, but housekeeping immediately came (as promised) and fixed the issue. Functional and I will be repeat visitor here.
Ease of check in
Location, Room & Amenities were all fantastic. We were only here overnight but it had everything we needed & we were able to continue our travels well rested. Family friendly; concierge was very nice to our kids.
So convenient for an early morning departure.
Location. Right at the airport.
The fitness center men's locker room and sauna were absolutely filthy.
The showers had mold and mildew and the area needs a refit. The steam sauna reeked and the tiles were stained.
This is a heavily used Sheraton and needs to be kept up to standards.
For a $535 per night for a basic room one should be able to expect a higher level of cleanliness than presented.
Amazingly convenient and comfortable hotel for an overnight layover.
I recommend you to stay at this hotel
