Pros:

the staff were so helpful and the location is excellent...so convenient when you arrive on the plane and just want a place to lay your head down. The later checkout time of noon was awesome as our departure flight was delayed by 4 hours. the room was very quiet considering it was at the airport.

Cons:

our fridge did not work, we had cheese in our luggage from Italy and wanted to keep it fresh. That was about it. Service was great and friendly staff.
