Parking is horrible. Check in was not easy. Our room was super hot and lights were not working. They sent a maintenance guy to check things out. He found that the air vent was blocked off and fixed it. Changed a light bulb. And answered several questions about the hotel/services, etc. He was awesome! The made to order omelets were amazing.
See comment above. I ended up not being able to check in, until 730 or 8pm. After dragging all my stuff up to the 10th floor, I opened my room, no lights. No air. I was sweating. Trying to figure out what was going on, only made me more frustrated. I tried calling front desk. No answer. I called the actual number several times and no answer. I had to go back down to the front desk to ask why they dont answer the phones and why my room is so hot. Check in was a nightmare as i was sweating my *** off. Finally a maintenance guy came up and fixed it all. He even brought me a box fan. He was the real champ of this horrible check in experience.

This place is awful. It’s rundown, dirty, and falling a part. The floor to our bathroom had a significant lean to it, the door wouldn’t shut correctly, the couch was worn out, the springs were shot, paint splotches everywhere, and the elevator was disgusting. The cherry on top was the airport shuttle only running from 0900 to 1700. Terrible.

HORRIBLE LOCATION and accommodations are the WORSE!!! We are Hilton Honors Diamond Reserve Members and have stayed at Hilton Properties all over the world — this one is a cesspool!!! AC does not function, unclean and not maintained rooms, and on and on!!! The building should be condemned!!! It’s bad beyond words. We checked out after 3 days and stayed at a different location.

Ran into some homeless people screaming in Hotel’s parking lot, made us feel unsafe to park the car there even though we paid $22 a day for parking but did not see any guards on duty at all.
