A very old hotel in serious need for renovation but in a great location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

!. Excellent Location
2. Friendly and helpful staff
3. Excellent Continental Breakfast

Cons:

!. No hot water for three days!
2. Old and uncomfortable bed and pillows
3. Cockroaches on the bathroom floor ( notified the management)
4. Ants in the bathroom sink (notified the management)
5. Confusing TV screen remote to work with
6. Having had to pay for the breakfast, ( offered for free in other hotels)
7. This is a very old hotel that needs a massive amount of renovation and restoration. Our room was and old, unattractive and unpleasant with old wood floor in the living room and dark and unattractive old carpet in the bedroom. Every Holiday Inn that we have stayed at has been decent, some were pretty new and offered great prices with great rooms and free breakfast.

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Water was cold couldn’t even get the water warm to take a shower, room was suppose to be 2 queen beds and was given a 1 bed room had to go ask for a room with 2 beds which should of been 2 queen beds but they were smaller which whatever. The price we paid was not worth it.

Location and the size of the room.

Cons:

Room was dated and not overly clean. I asked housekeeping for toilet paper, she handed me 2 boxes of tissues and said they did not have toilet paper. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. There is not even a hook in the room to hang a towel.

Great stay with little to no issues.
Pros:

I like the price of the property and the convenience it was to Wilton Manor (20min drive), Miami (35min drive), and FAU stadium (10min drive).

Cons:

The bathroom shower pan is what I disliked. I understood that the property was old and slowly getting renovations but the shower pan could have been replaced. Looking at it you’d think it’s dirty and haven’t been cleaned.
