My stay was great!
Pros:

Nice to have automatic entry doors! The facility was clean. The breakfast is always excellent. (Didn’t get to partake of the Evening Reception).

Cons:

1. I didn’t receive acknowledgement nor a Hilton Honors goody/snack bag.
2. Parking should be FREE or a nominal charge included w/the room. Especially since there is no Valet.
3. There were alot of kids & teens at the pool until after 9:30 pm and very noisy.

Great customer service, any issues were taken care of right away-would maybe stay in warmer time of year again

Pros:

The ac didn’t work. The shower had issues with cold and hot water. The elevator kept breaking down

Great place to stay on business travel.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and worth the cost of the room. Didn't make it in time to take advantage of the free drink vouchers, but the quality of the amenities is worth the difference in price of the other motels in the area.

Cons:

Gym equipment was okay. Hot tub would be out of this world, but hope to use the pool on future trips.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, until you go inside the hotel room.

Cons:

Smashed bugs on two of the doors. A bug underneath the ottoman. Dried urine on the bathroom floor as well as hair.
I was offered a different room, but the floor was dirty, and there was hair in the corner of the bathroom floor. Also, hair in the bathtub.
