Matthew Wright gave our family excellent service and was kind to some of our elderly members by being empathetic to their needs. Excellent service. I would trust the Hilton Brand based on this experience.
I got the last room in my rate group and it was sad. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom, peeling finish of bathtub, shower head was the overhead rainfall style that doesn’t get the shampoo out of the hair and the pipe wall cover was loose and didn’t cover the hole in the wall, remote for bedroom tv had to be pressed multiple times to change channels, door closure will catch your leg or arm or luggage when you go through it, grout in shower looked mildewed.
I had to ask for my bottled water instead of being greeted as a status member and presented with the bag. I was charged $90 for two nights garage parking and when I went to exit after checkout they had disabled my parking code and I couldn’t leave until I used my credit card for $90, and I am still waiting for a callback 2 days later to fix the double charging. Note that there is no way to call for help at the parking garage exit.
Breakfast was average.
Room was pretty clean, being taller my issue was the shower. Had to squat down some to wash my head.
Patrick Wu at the front was there all 3 days my wife and I were there. He was very welcoming and gave us lots of insight and was incredibly accommodating!
Breakfast was pretty good as well, can't make a comment on the omelet station since we didn't try it, but it did look good!
If you love kind people, beautiful greenery, charming decor, soaring sunlit ceilings, a serene atmosphere, and excellent service, then stay here :)
Compliments to the Gardener for taking amazing care of the plants in the heart of this hotel that make this establishment feel peaceful and airy. I can tell the plants are so happy and growing strong in good health. This is a sign of attentive care that is indicative of the entire establishment. People here smile and say hello to you in a natural way. Daisy at Barcotta is a lovely server who goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Samantha at the front desk was so kind and made us feel welcome from the first moment. Patrick with Honors services signed me up and provided a nice conversation to boost my day. People and heartfelt service make the world go round! I will be delighted to stay here again.
First time staying at this hotel, everything was fabulous.The happy hour and the breakfast were excellent. Shout out to Patrick Wu very helpful.
This hotel provided was a nice experience near LAX. I enjoyed the restaurant/lounge for drinks late in the evening. The evening reception was welcoming as well. The breakfast was top notch at this location. The room was very accommodating and clean. The decor is lovely at this hotel in the room and the common areas. The shuttle runs about every 45 minutes, and the driver was very nice. The last few people were able to stand once the shuttle filled up in the morning. I didn't take the shuttle from the airport. I recommend this hotel for a nice stay near the airport.
Parking is expensive
Did not use shuttle service, staff were cordial and helpful, the room was clean, however, the bathroom and all sinks are very in need for an upgrade, the room was cold had to pull out the extra blanket. Beautiful hotel!!!
Check in time was 4pm but the room wasn’t even ready at 4:30pm. On the fourth day the bathroom flooded because the shower wasn’t draining properly. On the fifth day the air conditioning stopped working. They gave us one portable fan for the night after trying to fix for more than one hour. Could not fix it before we checked out next day.
Rooms a little dated. Good otherwise.

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean — every corner felt fresh and well cared for. From check-in to checkout, everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
A special shoutout to Patrick Wu, who went above and beyond to explain the many benefits of staying with Hilton. He took the time to help me understand how to maximize my Hilton Honors points — something I’d never really utilized before. His professionalism and patience made a lasting impression.
And I can’t forget Maria, the bartender during Happy Hour — she was incredibly personable, engaging, and made everyone at the bar feel right at home. It’s rare to find someone who can brighten your evening with both great service and great energy.
Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Clean, classy, and filled with great people who clearly care about their guests. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Hilton to friends and family!

Arrived early from an International flight and went to hotel reception desk to do check in. The front desk person whose name is Samantha told me that rooms were not ready and that she would call when room was ready. An hour went by and we went back to ask if she had any idea as to when would room be ready. Four hours went by before the manager at the front desk "Eli" informed that if I pay a $50.00 fee the room would be available. We accepted immediately bec we were too tired of the long flight, the waiting at the front desk for so many hours combined with jet lag. This could have been solved 4 hours before by Samantha that did not even received us in a proper manner and clearly did not show any effort to give us choices as to what we could do with the situation. Lucky for us that Eli offered alternatives and we finally paid the fee and got the room for our much needed rest after the four hour period waiting. We felt very dissapointed with the whole situation.
Room was cleaned and breakfast was good.

Even though this is a busy area, it is quiet inside of the room. The lobby is spacious and open. The happy hour and complimentary drinks were generous pours. We also ate at the restaurant and it was good. We came to use this place as part of Park and Fly as we will be leaving our car here when we travel. We would definitely return here again.

The bathroom had a leaking ceiling and made it impossible to use. The ac could not be used as it caused more water leakage in bathroom. So the room had no circulation. It was pathetic.
Friendly service. Nice hotel. Will definitely come back.
