Our initial awful experience greatly decreased our enjoyment.
Pros:

The room was nice. The parking was convenient. The check out was extremely pleasant with Brett. She was cheerful and kind.

Cons:

The check in staff member was rude and abrupt. He was not respectful or kind. His name is Jonah. We had to interact with him to purchase items from the Pantry and he was rude then too.

Pros:

This was a first class hotel in our eyes! The accommodations were perfect, the staff was pleasant and very helpful! The location was in a perfect place for the business that we had to accomplish. Having a restaurant on site was a great bonus! The continental breakfast and the 5:30 Kickback were phenomenal! The location and helpful staff made our stay perfect!

Unwelcoming Customer Service
Pros:

I called for early check in and was initially was told there was no rooms. Then I was called back 30 seconds later and told there was one and to come back at 11. I get there at 11 and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and said there was no room and to come back later. I called customer service and then eventually was told there was a room. I get my keys and the room had not been turned down. They then give me a different room and it was fine. We had a decent night. The bartender at the kickback was lovely and made us want to stay another night. The next morning we check online to see if there were any rooms for the next day and asked the SAME lady for another room and she rudely said no. I called customer service AGAIN and we were told we'd get a comp room and have not received it. If the situation isn't rectified, I probably won't come back. For my first experience with this hotel, I'm very disappointed.
