Pros:

The 2 ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing. I done remember their names. They never hesitated when asked about anything.

Cons:

The only thing was the pool had to be worked on and out of the hotels control, but the city had a water line break, and the water had to be shut off. But we were checking out anyway.

overall great experience besides the noise
Pros:

Room smelled really clean and was , i cleaned over what they cleaned and my rag was barely dirty so thats great. The environment was nice and kept up.

Cons:

I didn't like that the room above me sounded like they was fighting and doing WWE in the room for HOURS on HOURS, We finally decided to let the office know and the guy acted like he didn't want to go up there and see what was going on, the noise continued ofcourse finally was able to fall asleep around 1am.

Cerca de la universidad

Cons:

La limpieza de los pisos, están pegajosos, como si no de hubiese osado el mapo por semanas. Espero que las sábanas y comforter se lamentablemente cuando se van lis cluentes.

The room smelled like cigarettes everything was old the bed was wore out there was trash outside the windows qtips an candy wrappers there was NO HOT WATER the tv looked like a 80s computer monitor

Fine for a 1 night stay but I wouldnt spend a great deal of time there.
Pros:

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking close to our room.

Cons:

The floors were so dirty my feet were black AFTER my shower. The countertops were disturbingly sticky. There was mold in the bathroom vent.

I loved how well the staff communicates and delivers information to us guests

Cons:

I did not like how there were multiple rooms without a/c while it being the middle of night as well as the man in the front demanding how I reserved a room with them being booked. He saw my reservation that I had made hours prior and took me and my partner after 2 hours to our room.

Pros:

I liked the location even though there was road works that cut off options to go north, the hotel was in a superb location for what I was there to do.
Also loved the size of the suite. Nice and spacious.

Cons:

Did not enjoy the cleaning crew nor their work, didn't even seem like they cleaned everything before I got there. At time for checkout they were rushing me an hr before it was even time for checkout.
And the hotel policy charges too much for late checkout, so I didn't get it. But I shouldn't be rushed to leave before it was even time.

We will not come back to this hotel due to concern with their cleanliness and the smoke odor
Pros:

The check in/out process is super quick and the front desk lady is very sweet. Even though the room itself is dated, everything is in working order. There are microwave and fridge in the room but we did not use them. We enjoyed using the lounge chairs by the pool to stay away from the cigarette odor in our room.

Cons:

We found some sticky stuff on one of the pillow cases so I assume they were reused. It is weird that they only have a bed sheet over the blanket but nothing underneath. That mean all guests are using the same blanket with no cover. The worst part is the strong smell of cigarette odor coming into our room in the evening and morning. I think it came through the vent from another room. Good thing we only stayed for one night prior to our cruise. We had to do the laundry right after because the smoke odor stays on our clothes including the clean ones.
