Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Tampa

The hotel was average. The room was full of dust like it hadn't been clean in a week. Plaster all over the place. Shower head was old & didn't work properly.

It is just an older property so some things are not in great shape like the tub/shower. Very min. Amenities like only one coffee capsule and very basic hand and body bar soaps. No shampoos or conditioner. Not the most friendly reception staff but did help when asked
Overall great location for Busch gardens and the room has a great setup for families

We’ve stayed here a couple times. It feels safe and staff is so great.

Location was convenient to USF. Easy check in and parking. Room was acceptable for a nights stay. It was nice and quiet.

Sheets and bedding not clean, smelled, stained, bug fell off bathroom ceiling, had a used roll of toilet paper that was almost gone, no remotes, website says there was a restaurant and deli, had neither, cold coffee in lobby,

Convenient to the Yuengling Center. Outside was a lovely well kept setting.
Bed had springs poking through mattress and made noise with every movement even to sit on edge of bed.
Towels had stains on them, water was constantly running in the bathtub Avery steady stream.
There were flying bugs in the bathroom. I killed about10.

Friendly caring staff

This hotel is good enough to stay for one night. The staff is very nice but I wouldn’t recommend to stay for a week. It needs a lot of work

I arrived early they had dumpsters next to the building and it looked terrible with old furniture and beds . I was in the worst part of town. They wanted $70 early check in and I was there with my daughter for my son’s graduation. In addition I chose not to stay and they still charged my credit card for a hundred dollars. It was awful!!! I assumed because it was on hotels.com it would be decent or redone I am not sure what I thought. I think was definitely not a place to bring my family. I pray in Jesus name for them thy will not mine be done 🙏

I hate to be the negative person but we checked out hr after we checked in I don’t know if we got the bad end of the deal but it wasn’t clean the bathtub was falling apart and sliding glass doors didn’t lock either. We went to the Wawa next door and come back to stuff being messed with already I hate to say this but go up the road a mile and the hotels are way better quality and cleanliness

Just what we required

Clean and upgrade room.

The renovated rooms and easy access.

Theres no control of the exits and security of the parking.

The facility was under renovation, so there were old funitere over the parking and workers moving up and down.

The pool water was slimy/green.

We talk to staff to fix the bathroom shower. But it never got fixed.

Check in was not ready at 3. Black mold in numerous places through the room. Tub was filthy. Coffee pot did not work.

The room was extremely cold which was good. My son refused to shower which had junk embedded on one side. second tv control did not work. Lights in bedroom did not work. Pubic hair was in bed and son refused to sleep in bed. A king size bed was requested at a lower price which was changed for two queen beds.
