Brand new and the hotel is really nice and nicely designed. Not your standard hotel room. Beautiful firepits on first floor rooms.
You can hear people walking upstairs if you are on the lowers floor and you can hear the traffic from the highway.
we were very happy with our stay although it was super short
very spacious rooms and good amenities
great location
stayed over here during the Fourth of July weekend. I remember when it was the embassy suites. They did a really good job and making it into-a nice resort. They only opened in April so there are some little kinks that they need to work out but overall service was generally good. Recommend you avoid any of the rooms that are next to corridor rooms as doors are constantly being open and closed and very disturbing avoid room 367. The swimming pool is very nice, but unfortunately get super crowded and if you don’t get a chair by 8 AM, don’t expect to get one until much later in the evening. Would be nice if aside from the fire pits in the bedrooms that are on the bottom floor trims if they had one or two other fire pits throughout the complex for people to sit and enjoy. Bartender in the lobby was excellent and provided great service. Service over from the Terrace Café can be hit and miss when they get overwhelmed with pool service. They only provide valet service which you have to pay $35 a day for. But street parking is available. Over an enjoyable stay and close to downtown.
Excelente ubicación, amplias habitaciones, el hotel está nuevo y todo está espectacular
While we did not stay overnight at Casa Mani (we live in Napa, about a mile away), my husband and I had a resortpass day use of the pool for his birthday. From the moment we walked in to the airy, peaceful lobby (warmly greeted by Ken) to relaxing poolside, my husband's day was made. Our server was the super friendly and sweet Miguel, and he made us feel so taken care of - we truly felt like we were on vacation! A special note about the food: we had drinks and lunch from the adjacent restaurant, Creekside Terrace, and were blown away! We've traveled a lot and use pool day passes a lot and are almost always disappointed with hotel/resort food but we were absolutely impressed by the Naparita cocktails, Baby Gem Chicken Salad (w/truffle vinaigrette!) and BLT. We can't wait to return!
Here is my opinion on the change from ES to CM.
Pleasantly surprised !!
I liked it here when it was Embassy Suites. Cocktail at night, free breakfast in the morning, swans swimming in the lake….
But so much nicer, better as Casa Mani. You drive up and the additional manpower provided at entrance was a signal of what was about to become. Multiple people greeting you at your car, valet service tied into your phone (great when requested your car out front) happy employees to assist your bags if needed.
Then very nice personnel at front desk to assist you while checking in. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to patio at check in. This room over exceeded my expectations. Patio had fire pit, the room continued to be a suite, this time totally upgraded. Very, very nice. Free standing bath tub along with shower. If you like electrical bidet then you’ll love the new toilets. Motion sensor lights under the bed for safety. More items throughout room that we loved.
The grounds are beautiful with turf areas and Lots of fire pits, great to socialize with that bottle you just bought locally. The pool is inviting with lots of umbrellas and bar service.
You’ll experience that wonderful feeling of ‘Holiday’ while here.
I truly enjoyed my stay here.
I’m only an hour away and I’m coming back soon.
One suggestion is to have the parking charges listed on the Folio.
We stayed two nights at the Casa Mani in Napa. What a nice experience. We arrived with our dog Crash in tow and were welcomed by the valet crew. All were amazing with their service and greeting. With admission Crash had a favorite. Cameron! This warm hearted young man was also our bell man who took us to our room. He lit up our dog's day and ours as well every time we saw him. We were checked in by Michelle who made certain that not only us but Crash were provided the best accomidations ever. A slight upgrade and we were set to embark on a perfect stay.. Our room was a first floor pool side with patio and fire pit. Perfect evening location us. The room was large, in two section - living room and bedroom. Very nicely appointed with modern touches and conviences. Fun bathroom!! A electronic toilet, beautiful soaking tub and large shower - read the settings first before showering if you need readers!! The bedroom was quiet and don't worry the under the bed light turns off in seconds after turning on with your presence!! A closet door ajar will keep the closet light on!! Little quirks that actually provided a giggle. Beautiful property - pool seemed perfect for guest. Lobby was beautiful. There is a popular steak house in the rear of the property. Walkable to town. Lots of easy places to walk your four legged friend as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Again, thank you and extra dog kisses to Cameron.
Although they had a mixup with my reservation, the staff was very kind and very attentive
I loved everything about the property. It was beautiful and peaceful and very convenient to everything.
Hotel has hired a private Valet service to park cars and it is running a Price Scam.
When we checked in we verified that parking was $35 per night as listed on hotel website. When you text Valet to retrieve your vehicle the Valet Service gets you to input your credit card number in order to get car.
Then they bill you $45.00 per night!!!!
Also hotel check out time is clearly listed as 12pm noon and Valet service tells you it’s 11 am and that they will bill us for another day is we don’t check out by then.
This Hilton also has numerous other service issues to resolve like spotty maid service, disgusting, overpriced, burnt food from room service. The rooms look nice but plumbing clanks ALL night long!
Our first time here since it was renovated. Beautiful room but... first day we were out all day - come back at 9 pm - no room service - bed not made - wet towels on the floor. Ice maker at the end of the hall is broken. $50 a night for valet or you park on the street. A simple breakfast of eggs for 2 was $60. Ridiculous considering a Friday- Saturday night stay is $693 each night before all the taxes etc. have been coming here every year when it was an embassy suites. We won't be back.
We stayed here for our Anniversary trip to Napa in May. Great location close to downtown Napa. Hilton did a great job re-imagining this site. Rooms are modern, and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The Boa Steakhouse was not open yet, but should be open now, offering a nice dining option on site in addition to the hotel amenities. It is also a GREAT value for the area. We had more money to spend on wine! Thank you!
