Door to door from beginning to end he was there and attentive
Knows how to make you feel valued
We recently had the pleasure of touring Casa Mani with Kristie Alvarez, and I can't say enough about how impressive the experience was from start to finish. Kristie was warm, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in walking us through every aspect of the property — it was clear she takes genuine pride in what Casa Mani has to offer.
The venue itself is stunning. The design is beautifully curated with incredible attention to detail — every space felt intentional and elevated. The spa is a standout amenity, and the meeting rooms are well-appointed and perfectly suited for professional gatherings. The guest rooms are spacious and wonderfully cozy, striking just the right balance between comfort and sophistication. The location couldn't be better either.
We are very much looking forward to bringing our team here for future offsite events. Casa Mani checks every box — and Kristie made the entire experience a delight. Highly recommend!
Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in my life, and I travel a lot. The service was excellent. The attention to detail in the staff is unmatched. The rooms were gorgeously appointed, and the spa was fantastic. Everything felt intentional from the design to the service and I cannot recommend it enough.
Not a great stay. Too much was not working, and the location right next to the highway completely ruined the “resort” feel.
We stayed here during the BottleRock music festival. Rates were heavily inflated at around $1,300 per night, but given how difficult lodging was to find, we decided to splurge on what was marketed as a resort experience.
The problems started immediately. Our room was not ready at check-in, and we were told we would receive a notification when it became available. That notification never came. We were not able to get into the room until around 6 PM when I finally called to see what was going on.
When we finally got upstairs, neither room key worked, which meant another trip back to the front desk. Staff sent an engineer with me who immediately recognized the issue with the door lock flashing yellow, so this appeared to be a known problem.
After getting settled, we noticed the room was very hot at around 78 degrees. At first we assumed the AC had simply been left off, but after setting it to 70 and waiting quite a while, it became obvious the air conditioning was not working. We called the front desk and were told there was nothing they could do later in the event and no other rooms were available.
We had a two-room suite, but the only operable window was a sliding door in one room that opened directly toward the highway. The choice was either stay in a hot room or open the door and deal with constant road noise. Sound insulation was also poor. We could clearly hear the people upstairs walking around throughout the night. Definitely not the upscale countryside Napa experience you’re imagining when you look at the website.
The staff was pleasant but the service was definitely not to the level of a $1200 a night resort hotel. For example we checked our bags with them, other truly high end hotels I’ve stayed at the bags would have been in the room as soon as it was available, so you never had to think about it again. Here I had to go to the bag check retrieve my bags and then the asked if we’d like a luggage cart. Not a problem, but also not high end resort level service.
Overall, the hotel would be fine at a Holiday Inn price point, but it absolutely did not feel like a high end resort experience.
Amazing service. Jose and bode were great!
The property was modern and warm. The decor and interior are beautiful. We were too far from downtown and other tourist areas.
It is newly renovated — has nice bedding, shower, and rooms.
It’s right beside a highway - so most rooms are quite noisy. The rest is right beside the pool - it’s not super nice to have dinner with your clothes on when you are watching people swimming. Plus there weren’t enough pool beds
service was great, everything clean,
No longer a construction zone as described in 2025 reviews. It's a beautiful hotel! I'd stayed here several times when it was an Embassy Suites and loved it then. It's even better now! I was there again yesterday after the change. The Spa is not yet open, but the spa manager Lui gave my friend and I a tour of it and it's definitely near the high end of spa facilities. Beautiful locker rooms, massage rooms, sauna, steam room, etc. I look forward to trying it out the next time I stay there. There is a fully equipped modern gym next door to the Spa that would compete with any private high end club.
The shower in our room was top notch. The water is deliverd in many ways depending on what you select on the control panel. Rain shower, horizontal sprays, wand... luxurious!
My only complaint is that the parking is no longer free as it was before the changes. It's all valet parking now.
This was an embassy suites and it was recently rebranded and updated. It has outside walkways on the each floor which can be loud as people walk by. There is no shuttle to downtown. It is wlkable at 20 minutes and there is a lot of parking downtown. Rooms are very nice with a wine fridge and soft beds, a nice tub and shower and electronic toiletes. Room service each day. Good work out room and heated pool and large jaccuzzi. The breakfasts was good and expensive. Ours was included in the room fee. Otherwise it would be to much. The rooms are not well unplayed for sound. Our room was above the entrance and you can hear the cars come up and the valets talking. This was unfortunate. I recommend you take a room day from the entrance for quiet
I can say that our stay has been superb. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. I love the pool and the room—especially the bidet, which was a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the place was relaxing and welcoming.
The breakfast was also excellent—the steak I had was especially delicious and cooked perfectly. The service exceeded my expectations, and everything was well-organized from check-in.
I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again. It’s a 5 for excellence.
Property was full of details, large and well put together. The design and thought into everything was well seen. Rooms are spacious and beautiful and full of comfort
Rooms are missing smart TVs and the bar area in the rooms are missing a hand towel or paper towels.
Very clean, comfortable and very nice
Nothing
Location, bathroom, nice rooms
Need more food and drink options or maybe ai just did not see them
I like the open area with green grass. I saw another family play ruby and soccer ball there. The fire pits are great place to warm yourself after returning from a night out. The smell from the cleaning agents were a bit strong when we first arrived.
Spa is still under construction. It will be nice to get more info on how to order food to the pool.
