Service was good. Sewerage smell spoiled it .Have stayed before several times .
Pros:

Everything except bad smell in bathroom

Cons:

The bathroom that smelt awful. I discovered bath plug out and the smell came from the plug hole which was full of grunge. Before that I complained,someone came and sprayed,no different .couldn’t shower or bath

Staff were lovely and restaurant team were exceptional.
I was only there one night to catch Early morning flight

Cons:

There was an issue with a room. I have reported the matters to the hotel and this is being investigated. I received an apology and confirmation what actions they will be taking. Expected discount from the hotel room rate. But nothing.
