Nice hotel ruined by the ridiculous decision to host a karaoke in an airport hotel bar at the expense of all their hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, staff are great, and I was in a newly reformed room, which was really nice.

Cons:

Why on earth would you have a Karaoke, in the bar of an airport hotel, it was ridiculous, you could not hear your self think, it was so loud and when of course they can’t sing it was painful.

I went to the restaurant to escape the racket in the bar, only to be told I would have to leave the restaurant because they were closing, it was about 10, I was offered the lounge adjacent to reception, but seriously why should I be charged £125 and not be able to sit in a bar in peace.

Also the tables in the restaurant are all sticky, like a rough pub that have never been cleaned, I did ask the waitress and she said they’d had complaints, but it was the wood type, but really it’s not a £25 B&B and it’s part of the Accor group, so surely if they’ve made a mistake with the tables, either cover them or replace them, they should be embarrassed about the state of them.

lovely clean hotel, lovely staff, just over the road from departures BHX airport
Pros:

so close to departures, a lovely hotel room spacious and really comfy bed . Staff were very pleasant and gave us free water and more tea coffee and milk without problem . Lovely restaurant for drinks and food

Great food and fabulous, warm service.
Pros:

We popped in for dinner here before our flight. The food, the atmosphere and the service were fantastic. Our waiter, Kiran, was super attentive, very polite and helpful. A great experience overall.

Pros:

Despite the second bed in this twin room being a hard, folded out couch, I was quite happy with this hotel. The shower pressure is superb, there's more space in the room than the ibis next door, and they offer Yorkshire Tea. It's also very easy to get to the NEC from here and the staff were very helpful.
