Really good food and the staff were really friendly. Guari was our server, she was very nice. Overall a great start to our holiday.
Staff were amazing with our children, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating to them. Perfect location for the airport, literally opposite the terminal. Ideal for an early flight.
Coffee in the room wasn’t the best even for hotel coffee. We left too early for breakfast so even a slightly better offering in the room would have been amazing.

Lovely meal followed by a great game of pool. Great service from Prabin and Sophia
Food was very nice, but did have to wait for the 3rd main, so other 2 mains had nearly finished by the time it arrived
Stayed here before our holiday early morning, had food at the restaurant and it was incredible , food was great and portions insane , however best of all was the service , in particular kiran was very attentive and started our holiday off in the best way possible , thank you Novotel and all the staff
