Room was clean and bed was comfortable
Our room was located right next to building work going on in the corridor and we literally had to drag our cases through a building site. It was very noisy. We ordered room service and no knife and fork was sent up for one of the meals which was a curry, we rang down to the restaurant to ask for them to be sent up but didn’t arrive so we could not eat the meal which we paid for. We should have been offered a refund for this when advised the staff on checking out but was only given an apology and offered a free coffee?
Comfortable and stylish - really comfortable bed and nice decor and only a few minutes from the terminal

Location is good and room was fine.
The food was worse than poor. Over priced and terrible. I had a chicken burger ( I’ve seen bigger McNuggets) and it had a similar consistency to a beer mat. To be fair the guy working there asked if I wanted to send it back to the kitchen, but I said there wasn’t much point, if it was so bad the first how were they going to get it right the next time.
The staff in the restaurant were excellent
The rooms were so hot I complained but was told it was air cooling not air conditioning
