Heel erg goede bedden. Personeel heel aardig.
Het restaurant. Matig eten bij diner en het ontbijt erg karig.
Locatie is perfect, direct naast het vliegveld en zeer dichtbij het NEC.
Kamers zijn niet in beste staat, hadden we voor dit geld een stuk beter verwacht. Ontbijt, een voldoende.

Check in was fast and efficient. All staff we encountered were polite and helpful.
Access to hotel entrance. When you have multiple suitcases & hand luggage being lead up various ramps is not helpful particularly when it is pouring with rain and you’ve come from Car Park #1. Make the vehicle ramp accessible to pedestrians or put in a footpath.

Wasn’t as clean as on previous visits floor was dirty as was the bedside table despite checking in online getting our keys proved to be a lengthy process
We ate i the restaurant for our evening meal, which was excellent, though we had left before breakfast. Will definitely consider staying again.

Handy for the airport
After finding out at the Ibis that we had been upgraded to Novotel and had we known (no email) we would have had a shorter walk at midnight and avoided getting soaked by the rain.
The room was very comfy and loved the rituals products in the bathroom.
Breakfast was very tasty, I’m gluten free and after asking if that was a problem (it wasn’t) our lovely waitress Paulina looked after our every need. Paulina couldn’t do enough for us and was so friendly and helpful. Paulina gave us information about the Indian special of the morning bada paw and took time to check with the chef what it was and the ingredients. She made our experience at breakfast perfect.
