When I made the booking online, I specifically stated that I would be arriving at approximately 4:00am on 5 September. I therefore expected the booking arrangements to take this into account, or for me to be contacted if arriving at that time was not possible.
The email confirmation I subsequently received stated that check-in was not available until 3:00pm on 5 September.
I then contacted you before my arrival to clarify the situation and specifically raised the issue of my 4:00am arrival. However, rather than addressing the discrepancy or informing me that I would not be able to check in until 3:00pm, I received a basic response simply confirming that check-in was at 3:00pm.
This is particularly concerning because I had already clearly stated my intended arrival time when making the booking and had contacted you specifically to make sure everything was correct.
Had I been clearly informed that I could not check in until 3:00pm, I would have had the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Instead, I was left with the impression that my booking and arrival time had been properly dealt with.
I would therefore like you to investigate this matter and explain why my stated 4:00am arrival was not properly addressed when I made the booking and again when I contacted you for clarification.
I would also like you to consider appropriate compensation/refund for the inconvenience and any additional costs or loss I incurred as a result.
I have retained the booking confirmation and correspondence regarding my stated arrival time and can provide these if required.

It was next to the airport
Dirty and small, vomit stains on the carpet and was partially under renovation.
So handy for the airport and our evening check in and early flight. everyone so helpful and had a lovely evening meal.

AC didn’t work. Was given a fan which helped a little. Restaurant was full and the bar but was World Cup so probably why.
