Cons:

Man hat ohne Frühstück gebucht, dann wollte man morgens ein Kaffee auf Zimmer und Frühstück Service hat es abgelehnt. Halbe Std sollte ich warten. War kurz vor der Abreise und selbst nach 30 min war die Dame sehr unfreundlich und leicht überfordert es hat ihr nicht gepasst das ich nach einem Kaffee gefragt habe

Für den Preis und den sonstigen Mercure-Standard leider enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial, man erreicht nahezu alles perfekt, was man braucht.

Cons:

Für einen Aufenthalt von ~250€ pro Nacht waren wir leider deutlich enttäuscht. Gerade von der Mercure-Kette bin ich durch viele geschäftliche Aufenthalte eigentlich einen wesentlich höheren Standard gewohnt.

Der Check-in war trotz vorherigem Online-Check-in extrem schlecht organisiert. Wir mussten rund 45 Minuten anstehen, und auch zu anderen Zeiten schien die Schlange ähnlich lang zu sein. Besonders problematisch: Der Parkplatz konnte erst nach abgeschlossenem Check-in genutzt werden, sodass man in der Zwischenzeit praktisch gezwungen war, im Halteverbot zu stehen.

Auch das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem erwarteten Niveau. Trotz Zusage war unser Platz nicht vorbereitet bzw. nicht aufgeräumt. Zusätzlich war der Frühstücksbereich massiv überfüllt. Kinder spielten dort unbeaufsichtigt herum, ohne selbst zu essen, während andere Gäste aktiv auf freie Plätze warten mussten.

Das Zimmer selbst hatte ebenfalls Schwächen: Der USB-Anschluss war defekt und das Bett für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse überraschend klein.

Insgesamt leider kein Aufenthalt, der dem Preis oder dem sonstigen Anspruch der Marke gerecht wurde.

Buon alloggio ma migliorabile

Buona colazione e struttura accogliente, carino lo stile totalmente diverso da qualsiasi altro hotel.

Cons:

La richiesta di dover fare la pulizia della camera in quanto non era stato segnalato alla prenotazione che veniva rifatta a gg alterni se non richiesto. Menu serale del secondo giorno al ristorante dock non all'altezza (lasagne bolognese e pizza... qualità molto lontana dal nome dei piatti, senza altre scelte nel menu con voucher). Mentre il primo giorno al Pier molto buono. Ragnatele alla finestra della camera. Parcheggio esterno non coperto caro, € 28 al giorno. Posizione accessibile in auto. Non tutti i servizi riportati su booking sono stati effettuati, non forniti accappatoi né ciabattine, minibar compreso nel prezzo minimale.

Lohnenswerter Besuch!
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage und das frische und vielfältige Frühstück gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist in maritimen Stil und mordern eingerichtet. Ein Hingucker ist der Eingangsbereich und die Bar. Der Service war top!

Cons:

Einen kleinen Minuspunkt vergeben wir, da nur auf einer Seite der Betten eine Steckdose war - aber das eher ein Luxusproblem ;)
