The lounge and bar service is terrible to be honest. 1 guy running the complete show when all 180 rooms are booked i.e., fully booked hotel.

Schönes Hotel, gut ausgestattet und guter Service
Pros:

Hotel in typischer norddeutscher Backsteinbauweise. Großes Zimmer mit vielen maritimen/hafentypischen Details (Kühlschrank und Kleiderschrank einem Container nachempfunden) mit dazu passender Wandbemalung. Bequeme Betten, gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Großes Bad mit Wanne und Regendusche.
Frühstück wohl sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich mit über 20€ pP aber für mich zu teuer. In der Nähe sehr gutes kleines Café mit leckeren Brötchen/Kleingebäck Varianten.
Lage direkt am Kanal, an dem man sehr schön spazieren kann.
Personal, vor allem am Empfang, sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und engagiert.
Anschluss an ÖPNV in unmittelbarer Nähe, gut zu erreichen, mit sehr gut ausgebautem Netz.

Cons:

Da kann ich nichts nennen.
