Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Ganz tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum hätte besser sein können. Krümel überall, Geschirr nicht ganz sauber.

Café da manhã espetacular, refeições no restaurante são caras e com qualidade ok.
Quarto confortável, banheiro espaço e confortável

Cons:

A decoração do quarto remete ao meio marítimo com portas de container decorando a porta do frigobar e armários.

O barulho é realmente de um container, barulhento, sem amortecedor de impacto e qualquer mínimo movimento de abrir e fechar qualquer coisa reverbera no quarto todo.

Gute Lage für Harry Potter-Besuch
Pros:

Da wir ins Harry Potter Theater wollten, war die Lage perfekt - 9 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer waren super. Geräumig.
Hotel insgesamt sehr modern.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Organisierte kurzfristig zwei Zimmer nebeneinander. Perfekt.
Trotz der vierspurigen Straße vor dem Haus war absolute Ruhe im Zimmer.

Cons:

28€ für die Tiefgarage.
Kratzige Handtücher.
Preis für das Frühstück war uns zu hoch (26€/Erw., 13€/Kind), deshalb waren wir im Café um die Ecke frühstücken.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles,großes und sauberes Zimmer und genug Platz als Familie. Unser Zimmer lag auf der Elbseite. Es war eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet hatte, für jeden von uns, etwas passendes parat! Die unmittelbare Nähe zum „Theater am Großmarkt“ ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Für uns war es Perfekt.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber und Zimmer war bequem und groß.

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Durch den Lärm im Flur, wurden wir wach und es war nicht möglich einzuschlafen. Und leider war es für uns nicht wirklich zentral.

Hotel verkehrsgünstig gelegen (nur eine S-Bahn-Haltestelle vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt), dadurch sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erreichbar, dennoch ruhig, Zimmer komfortabel eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, sehr freundliches Personal, Bar und Restaurant im Haus

Zimmer war sehr Sauber! Überraschend gab es ein Zimmer Upgrade in eine Junior Suite

Cons:

Die Containertüren sehen toll aus, aber das quietschen und knallen der Türen ist schon sehr laut.
