Refuse to give me my pre-ordered room or accommodate me with another one
Cons:

When I arrived to the location, the staff member told me that my rooms were unavailable and I had to contact booking.com to get my refund. They refused to accommodate me with another room and had law-enforcement escort me off of the property. I am demanding a fool refund plus compensation for my inconvenience.
