Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. Location was great for Duke.
Pros:

the room and location and breakfast were excellent

Cons:

the front desk person, when I checked in, was more focused on a phone call he was on than his job. Not a good image for your hotel.
There were other guests on our floor that had children that they were not controlling and the children were running up and down the hall and squealing at the top of their shrill lungs. Not the hotel's fault, just not ideal.

It’s was close to where I needed to go so centrally located. The free breakfast was good:)

Cons:

I would have preferred to have a shower and tub instead of just a shower.
