Pros:

Surprisingly friendly and professional staff interactions and a great value

Cons:

Common areas are really rough. Torn wallpaper, burnt out lights and sad looking pool area.

Clean and comfortable, but needs a face-lift.
Pros:

The beds and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. Served our purpose.

Cons:

The carpets were badly in need of a deep clean or replacement. The room needed a face-lift (there was a large, badly patched spot on the wall, the bathroom door was very scratched up on the inside, and the caulking between floor and tub needed scrubbing or replacing). The bathtub faucet was dripping.

The staff made you feel so welcome and the room was great.
Pros:

I loved the hotel. The staff were wonderful. I would go there anytime I am traveling. The room was so clean.

Cons:

There is not one thing I did not like about the room.

Great place to have a mechanical break down 😉
Pros:

Well, in spite of getting a flat tire as I pulled into the hotel, i still had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and the location & facilities were awesome!

Cons:

Getting a flat. But that’s no fault of the hotel.
