Pros:

Staff members were great! Very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The property is very old, the pool chairs are worn and torn everywhere which makes it hard to sit and rest. The carpet in the room was very stained and old and had a smell.

Very old hotel - pics not showing the reality
Pros:

The guy at the reception was really nice and welcoming during our check in.
Convenient location to go to Zion, only 1h drive.
The pool, although very warm, was clean and relaxing.

Cons:

The pictures have nothing to do with the reality. The hotel was probably built in the 70s and never renovated since, not even for the small things like the hair dryer or the shower head. It is a very old and decadent hotel with not even the side lamps functioning.

Excellent value
Pros:

Great location next to restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable room and common areas. Good lighting. Decent breakfast. Spacious, warm water pool with hot tub. Fast wifi for remote work.

Cons:

Air conditioner was a little noisy. Housekeeper kept coming to the room even though I told her I was doing late checkout.
