Highly recommended hotel with many many +
Pros:

Location is very good,
Very peaceful community and there are many facilities near hotel.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is also really nice.
Room is big enough for 2-person.
Many + which I can’t remember and describe all but anyway no doubt that this is really recommendable hotel.

Cons:

All good but only one tiny complaint.
Drain in shower booth is not working very well.
Worked well enough but very slowly.

NH Hotels rarely disappoints You, nor did this one
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights in NH Madrid Paseo de la Habana with my son. The hotel exceeded my expectations in all levels. Everything worked well. The room was ok, AC does not give cold air during spring (temp was 24 inside so a tad too warm for this Nordic guy, well kept the window open). Staff was friendly, spoke English well, breakfast great and they also were flexible with few of my requests. They have even a rather new gym (tiny though) with Indoor Bike with video possib (Technogym), which I appreciated a lot since I am an avid cyclist. 600 m from Bernabeu, so RM match was very easy drill. Supermarket close by, clean environment and safe feeling with a 10 year old son. I loved it.

Un hotel muy decente con muy mal desayuno
Pros:

Ubicación, relación calidad/precio y habitación

Cons:

El desayuno era muy malo. Bollería dura, zumo de bote y, para colmo no funciona el grill para tostar pan. Un desastre.
