El mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Me cambiaron 2 veces de habitación, la segunda vez por una inundación en el techo en plena madrugada.

So-so. Not sure it is worthy enough for the price.
Pros:

The location is good. Relatively clean. The staff is nice.

Cons:

The staff was cleaning the neighbouring rooms during the res hours 14:00-16:00. The window cannot actually be opened. There was a smell from the drain during a shower.

Nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The room was good. The staff at reception were very helpful. Good location with an easy walk to the Bernabeu and close enough to walk to metro stations.

Cons:

The restaurant staff could have been a little more attentive with clearing plates. The hot breakfast options could have been a little more expansive.
