Το μόνο που μου άρεσε ήταν ότι ήταν στο κέντρο

Πήρα junior sweet και το δωμάτιό μου έβλεπε στον ακάλυπτο χωρίς να έχω ενημερωθεί μας υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο δεν έγινεποτέ ζητήσαμε ένα σίδερο δε μας το φέρανε ποτέ μετά από 1 h ενώ κατεβήκαμε στη ρεσεψιόν εκείνη την ώρα θα μας το έφερνε και όταν της είπαμε ότι τώρα είναι αργά λέει μας είπε συγνώμη αλλά είχα πάρα πολλή δουλειά σαν να μην υπήρχε κάποιος άλλος να μας εξυπηρετήσει και τα προϊόντα περιποίησης ήτανε μόνο για έναν άνθρωπο είχε μία οδοντόβουρτσα και δεν μας βάλανε νερό τη δεύτερη μέρα ενώ έξω είχε 38 βαθμούς

Fantastisch
Pros:

De ligging, overal dichtbij en tegelijkertijd niet in de drukte. Goede airconditioning. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel dat goed Engels spreekt.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Alles was perfect. Alleen voor de prijs misschien een iets ruimere kamer verwacht.

Fundamental , la ubicación y la atención del personal

Cons:

Que no tuviera room service verdadero . Solo tienen contratado un bar restaurante de la zona al que hay que llamar por teléfono si una desea algo . Y los domingos no atienden . No tienen tampoco cafetera en la habitación , ni para hacer un té . En ese sentido no se parece a los Nh en general

The personal was very helpful and friendly, the location is really perfect. Could not be better actually

2 smalls points :

1- I have asked for a double kind size bed in booking and we got the twins bed sadly.
This is probably due to the fact that you can check in before and choose your room. A process that I never did before.

2- the couch transforming in Bed had a poor mattress. I know it is for families with kids but I know also it could exist better in-bed-mattress. I slept ok but this could have been a bit better on this one

However these twin beds are very comfortable, really great and I wish we could have had a big bed which i sure is the same as twin one. All the rest was great

Adoramos a estadia, fizeram nos upgrade ao quarto, a localização central perto da catedral permite visitar facilmente o casco viejo a pé e o acordo que têm com o parque próximo ajudou. Recomendado!
