I like the hotel in general
Pros:

Room was bright and clean. Personal. Location is perfect

Cons:

Breakfast was not so good: food itself and basement dinner room. The floor creaked in the neighbor's room above. Can't open the windows because of central street noise.

Ideal para conocer Oviedo
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, personal muy amable (el Director nos trató muy bien), personal del desayuno muy atento y servicial, desayuno perfecto.
A destacar la tranquilidad y silencio en el interior del hotel y el ambiente de las calles aledañas por la noche.

Cons:

La climatización está controlada y aunque el termostato de la habitación esté a 24 grados y el control del ventilador a lo máximo, prácticamente no salía aire caliente por las rejillas del clima, pasamos frío nosotros y nuestro hijo, nos quejamos a recepción y el resto de los días siguió igual, menos mal que estuvieron el resto de los días muy buenos en Oviedo.

La ubicación es muy buena para conocer la zona vieja de Oviedo. Hotel recien reformado

Cons:

Pedimos cama matrimonio y no tenían, nos dieron una habita con dos camas. Se notaba que aun había polvo de la obra de la reforma, porque aun no estaba finalizada.

Sólo hay un ascensor y es muy pequeño. El carrito del bebé entra muy justo.

Hôtel bien situé au centre d'Oviedo
Pros:

L'emplacement central, la jolie chambre.

Cons:

L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un parking en propre, mais d'un accord avec un parking public situé à une centaine de mètres, sans ascenseur pour en sortir, ce qui est un peu compliqué quand on est chargé de bagages.
L'hôtel lui-même est en travaux, et ne dispose que d'un seul ascenseur qu'on peut donc attendre très longtemps.
Le personnel de la réception est assez inefficace.
Le petit déjeuner est très moyen.
