Regular, falta modernización de los artefactos en habitaciones y mejora de atención
Pros:

El desayuno y la ubicación están bien.
La limpieza está ok.

Cons:

1 Me cobraron extra por mi hijo de 9 años, lo cuál nunca fue avisado por booking, no me lo esperaba. Dado que me cobraron un pasajero extra deberían haber tenido toallas y servicios para 3 en la habitación, pero no era así, tuvimos que esperar mas de 3 horas para que trajeran las toallas extras, sin embargo el cobro si se realizó de inmediato.
2 El desayuno era de una falta de organización increíble, claramente faltaban anfitriones/as que guiaran a las personas, después de preguntar tuvimos que comer del otro lado ya que no quedaban mesas pero había mucha gente cruzándose porque no tenían toda la comida que en el lugar original.
3 El sistema de aire acondicionado estaba defectuoso, era muy antiguo y no tenía aire frio, por mas que intentamos con la configuración.
4 La TV era muy antigua y no estaba conectada al internet del hotel, por tanto no se podían usar las aplicaciones como Netflix, tampoco se podía brindarle internet desde el celular, simplemente no se permitía, hoy en día esto es importante.

La ubicación, el desayuno y limpieza....

Cons:

El ingreso en vehículo, no puede ser que te tengas que bajar del vehículo, y presionar el citofono para que te abran el portón, sobre todo que hoy en dia estan a la orden del dia los asaltos y portonazos....tienen que cambiar ese sistema de ingreso....quizás al momento de reservar te soliciten la patente del vehículo y cuando llegues un sistema automático te ábra el portón....

Siempre vamos al mismo Hotel por muchos años, nos encanta la ubicación, el trato del personal y las habitaciones son acogedores.
