Muy buena atención , pieza buena y cama muy cómoda , desayuno muy bueno.
Quiero destacar que se me quedó un anillo y me llamaron para avisarme que lo encontraron , fueron muy amables en devolverlo.

Fue muy agradable y personal muy atentos y professional
Pros:

Ubicacion Excelente! Unico detalle fue el aire acondicionado. Pieza estaba un poco caliente para nosotros. Vivimos en Florida, USA y al colocar el a/c no bajaba la temperatura de la habitacion.

Muy buena!!
Pros:

El desayuno es óptimo y muy bueno. La ubicación es excelente. La limpieza y la habitación muy confortable. La atención del personal es buena. en general el hotel otorga una estadía satisfactoria.

Cons:

El sistema de televisión por cable es deficiente ya que solo tiene lo canales nacionales, no entrega opciones para ver películas o deportes. Eso no me gusto porque antes no era así. Deben mejorar el servicio de televisión y entretenimiento

El unico problema que tuvimos fue un neumatico que fue desinflado en el estacionamiento subterr{aneo. Al abandonar el hotel estos supuestos autores del pinchazo trataron de ofrecernos su ayuda para reparar o cambiar la rueda dañada. (4 personase en dos grupos) , oferta que no aceptamos por el temor a los robos, lo que en una ciudad tur{istica es incomprensible que ocurra. Waltero Krohne, periodista CI (4209725-k).

Cons:

La primera habitación que tuvimos miraba al Estero Marga Marga pero el ruido infernal de la locomoción se colaba en la habitación. Me dio la impresión de que la ventana solo tenia marco de aluminio y no bowl window como la segunda habitacion a la que nos cambiamos. Los televisores no tenían señal y nos pidieron que las compartiéramos desde nuestros celulares lo cual nunca habíamos visto antes en un hotel internacional.
