Pros:

位置非常优越，临湖的美丽别墅，房间也很漂亮舒适，院子里有上百年的桂花树和上千年的柏树。员工们都很专业，尤其是负责客户关系的Mattia先生非常优秀，每天会在早餐的时候来餐厅跟每位客人幽默的聊天，还帮助我们预定了其他景点的门票，非常感谢！早餐也非常丰富美味！

Cons:

唯一遗憾的地方就是卫生间淋浴房的设计，地面材质非常滑，在淋浴的时候很危险。

The restaurant is not good. The staff is very nice but the restaurant chief should be changed. The wine we offered was not fine and pasta was not good

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, à la fois à pied ou en voiture. Parking sur place, jardin en front de lac. Chien accepté. Personnel au petit soin. Petit déjeuner raffiné et copieux, face au lac. Mention spécial pour Giovanni au bar, toujours une attention pour notre chien.

Cons:

La chambre est petite, pas de cafetière dans la chambre ( Classic vue lac) mais nous avons demandé une bouilloire qu’ils nous ont gentiment apporté. Les parties communes sont tellement agréables que la taille de la chambre n’est plus un problème.

Beautiful hotel on lake Como!
Pros:

Our second time there. The location is fabulous. Close enough to walk to downtown Como, but secluded. The rooms on the lake side are quiet with amazing views. Breakfast in the morning or drinks at the bar in the evening with views of the lake are wonderful. Attentive and helpful staff. Book the private boat tour if you can. 1100 euros for 4 hours, but worth it.

Терраса и завтрак с видом на Комо - это отдельный опыт, ради которого хочется просыпаться пораньше.

Была здесь уже три раза - и хочется возвращаться снова. Невероятное место!

Très belle halte pour 1 ou 2 nuits, mais...
Pros:

hôtel type boutique hôtel meublé avec goût, beaux meubles, grand salon confortable, belle petite terrasse-jardin très agréable
chambre très confortable, propreté parfaite, au 4ème étage, (étage élevé recommandé) salle de bains avec une grande douche - baignoire.
balcon direct sur le lac, belle vue; mais fort bruit permanent dû à la proximité de la route très (trop) fréquentée.Difficile de rester plus d'une heure sur le balcon pour se reposer ou lire en toute quiétude!!!
Personnel très accueillant et disponible .

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner, même s'il est correct, n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4****S. Très classique, peu de choix en pains et pâtisseries.
Télévision: seulement 10 chaînes en langue italienne. Aucune chaîne internationale. Est-ce normal?
Dû à son emplacement au bord de l'eau, l'hôtel est coincé entre la route et le bord du lac. Pas de possibilité de faire quelques pas le long du lac. Obligation de suivre la route.
Le garage est indispensable car aucune possibilité de garer son véhicule ailleurs.
Attention: les places sont très étroites, difficilement accessibles aux grands véhicules, et nécessitent des manoeuvres parfois délicates.
