Hotel incrível no Lago di Como. Começando pelo atendimento incrível que recebemos. Fizemos nossa seção de fotos (estilo elopoment) no hotel, foi incrível! O hotel inclusive nos forneceu um upgrade de quarto com balcão para que minha esposa pudesse se maquiar. Quartos super limpos, de frente para o lago. Café de manhã com diversas opções de comidas. O hotel possui píer próprio para o barco atracar (caso você contrate passeio de barco). Além disso possui estacionamento. Super recomendamos.

Beautiful villa with fantastic views from the territory!
Really enjoyed having a good breakfast on the outside patio.

Cons:

There was a strong rain and the water started coming through the bathroom ceiling. We were moved to a very small room, after having to spend a few hours waiting in the hotel and then moving. We did get that night re-priced for that room's rate, but the combination of a room downgrade and spending a few hours on a room change didn't leave a good memory about the place.
Also, the garage has very narrow spots, only 2-3 spots in a garage could fit our car's width and they were unavailable most of the time.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Flori. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of Lake Como and such a peaceful, elegant atmosphere.
The staff were warm, professional and always helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and charming, and waking up to the lake view was truly special.

Cons:

We also really enjoyed the food and the beautiful setting for breakfast and drinks. Everything felt relaxing and romantic.

Widok I smaczne śniadanie

Cons:

Niestety moim zdaniem zepsuta klima a personel twierdzi że jak za nisko ustawiona klima jest to wtedy nie chłodzi. Ale gdy ustawione było 24 stopnie to I tak było powyżej 27 st.

المكان بحد ذاته جميل جدًا وموقعه يجعل منه خيارا رائعا. لكن أكثر شيء ميز إقامتنا كان تعامل الموظفين واهتمامهم بنا وبالأخص ماتيا.
من قبل وصولنا كان على تواصل معنا وكان متعاون ومتجاوب مع جميع أسئلتنا واحتياجاتنا. طوال فترة الإقامة كان حريصا على مساعدتنا وتسهيل كل شيء علينا وحتى ساعدني في معرفة أفضل الطرق للوصول إلى عدة أماكن.
وفي آخر يوم لنا، ساعدنا في ترتيب رحلة قارب خاصة وكانت من أجمل التجارب وذكرى لن ننساها.
ماتيا فعلا شخص رائع ويمثل معنى الضيافة الحقيقية، واهتمامه بالتفاصيل جعل إقامتنا أجمل بكثير.
