Es un hotel de ensueño. Desde la habitación , las vistas al lago eran espectaculares. Desayunar en la terraza un auténtico placer, con una serenidad y un entorno maravilloso. El personal es muy amable, con un trato exquisito, pendiente de cualquier posible petición que realices ( taxi, información, tickets, consejos..).
Location, facilities and service were all outstanding. Front desk staff were very helpful and wait staff Giovanni's humour at the terrace restaurant and Sanka's attention at breakfast were fantastic. What a view!

The location of this hotel is just beautiful - right on the lake. We stayed in a room with a balcony which overlooked the lake and the view was breathtaking. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious too. We enjoyed the 30 min walk via a pathway next to the lake into Como itself which had lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would consider visiting again.

Şahane ambiyans ve muhteşem göl kenarı oteli. Kesinlikle balkonlu ve göl manzaralı oda seçimi yapın. Tertemiz, kahvaltısı güzel miss gibi.

Die Lage direkt am See ist atemberaubend. Am Abend gab es Live-Musik in der Bar. Das war sehr schön. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal, weil durch die Hanglage kaum Platz zur Verfügung steht. Es gibt nur eine einzige Ladestation für E-Autos. Hier sollte Nachgerüstet werden.
