Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est juste très impliqué et gentil, très accueillant et expéditif. Toujours disposer à satisfaire aux demandes des clients. J'ai aussi aimé la piscine. Dommage que je n'ai pas pi profiter du SPA par manque de temps.

Great vale for money.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Near the tram, Metro, best restaurants in town and all the tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious. The room keeping is the best I have seen and the breakfast is very good. Thanks to the staff and Mr. Elias who greeted us with a smile when we left. The lady at the front desk who received us was an Arab and was particularly welcoming. I will sure come back.

Awesome location and family friendly
Pros:

Great value for money. Best hotel and service considering the price. Staff are super nice. One of the staff (Turkish) gave us her own umbrella when it rained. We forgot to ask her her name.

Great property, but misleading information regarding facilities

The hotel itself is very nice, spacious, and clean; we didn't have any issues with the room quality or the property maintenance. However, I am leaving a 3-star review because of the misleading information regarding the hotel amenities.

On Booking.com, the listing states that the pool and gym are included in the room price. This is not true. When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an extra 10€ per hour, per person for the pool, and 500 Lira for gym access. We booked this hotel specifically with the intention of relaxing by the pool and training, so having to pay extra for services we thought were included feels like a scam.

Furthermore, we booked for 5 people. Upon check-in, the receptionist tried to give us a room with only two beds, effectively expecting three of us to share one bed. It was only after we made it clear that we would leave if this wasn't fixed that they managed to find us a room with enough beds. The problem was eventually resolved, but it should never have happened in the first place.

Please, update your website to clearly state that the gym and pool are not included in the room price to avoid misleading future guests.

Pros:

emplacement géographique proche de tout et surtout a 5 min du tram le personnel bienveillant gentille serviable

Cons:

la piscine spa était chère 1000 tl par personne nous étions prêts a payer la somme mais le personnel de la piscine était très aigris
