Pros:

Never been to Istanbul before but wanted around this area as a base. Room was very good, no complaints with the staff either, they were very helpful in suggestions of places to see and how to get there. Breakfast, not the standard continental breakfast I’d have but it was sufficient enough to set you up for the day.
I’d definitely book here again if I went back to Istanbul.

The rooms were dusty and dirty. Full of insects and our property would be fiddled with when we would not be in our room. We would not recommend not even 1 star I don’t know how this was give 4 stars. Pool was not allowed to be used

Terrible front desk staff. Sone doesn’t even care when we are checking out. They are too much interested in mobile than in their customer. Owner is really good though.

Hi I am very unhappy about my stay as the first thing is we didn’t get what we booked.my wife’s wedding ring has been stolen from the room. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool as if we did we had to pay $18 each time we use it and per person. The AC , safe box, the lights nothing was working.We asked them for a refund and we were refused one.all in all we are very disappointed.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Murat.
They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The hotel in a good location. Breakfast is not for a four star its basic. Receiption not very clean needs updating. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

Pros:

Arrived purely to discover city - the first reception staff was very unhelpful. Facility were poor, breakfast awful. Everything else was chargeable from using the safe to the sweating gym and dirty pool.
Surrounding area far from Istanbul centre and the sites (although close to tram stop). However, you would feel safe here overall.
