All the staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Just loved that about this hotel, really made it a wonderful stay.

Desperate need of renovation and service not up to scratch

Dated, bathroom wall had torn wallpaper. Bath wasn’t cleaned properly. Desperate need of renovation. Booked a twin room, then this wasn’t available on check in. Although our friend was offered to swap from her accessible room to a twin room. Towels not changed daily or beds made. The bar - sleepy vibes.

Location was fanatic though.

Great stay
Pros:

Me and my friend had a beautiful stay at Intercon Double Bay. Room maybe a little bit dated but the view from our bayside room was stunning. Staff very friendly, especially Nisa in the restaurant who took extremely good care of us and made sure that we had a memorable evening. The prawn pasta was to die for!
