Perfect hotel location 👌
Pros:

This is the perfect hotel base for exploring Venice! Not far at all from the train station so no hardship dragging suitcases across the city!
Also, the bus depot is directly outside the back door of the hotel for transport to the airport!
It is the PERFECT location & especially if you have no car!
The staff were excellent, taking us to our room for a full explanation of services.
Well done to staff & management 👏 I will be highly recommending to family & friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel in Convenient Location
Pros:

This hotel is right by the water bus, train and bus station on the grand canal. Very convenient to get around and you can take land transportation to get here from ship or airport, so no dragging luggage through Venice. The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly and eager to meet your every need. Our a/c in room was not working well upon arrival but was fixed immediately after notifying the desk. They also brought a fan if needed. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as a beautiful park. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel with incredible staff.
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel in a terrific location next to the train station. Lorenzo is the manager and is an absolute gem. He was so helpful with details which just made our visit. We will definitely be back.
