Toplage beim Bahnhof sowie Piazzale Roma. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Cont. Frühstück ist gut.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer lagen zum Busbahnhof/Piazzale Roma. Die Fenster in den Zimmern sind für nichts. Man hört die Leute plaudern draussen, Busmotoren röhren, ab 5 Uhr wird der Platz gereingt mit Hochdruckreiniger mit Aggregat (sehr laut). Es war ziemlich laut im Zimmer.

Too closed to street, and unlucky to ran into a faulty AC
Pros:

Very closed to train station, very convenient. It’s also closed to a grocery store (2 mins walk).

Cons:

The hotel is too closed to the main street. Even though the hotel has good windows, there’s just too many conditions you can’t control. For example, every morning at 5, there’s a truck running idle in front of the hotel, maybe pumping water or something, for a good 20 mins, wakes me up every morning.

And in my case, I was unlucky, stayed in a room with faulty AC. The first day was fine. The second day the AC was malfunctioned, turned the room into a sauna. I had to went to front desk several times, trying different solutions. At one point the technician turned off the AC completely and we were getting less and less fresh air over the hour, and ended up waking up and asked the front desk to turned if back on. That night was a nightmare. And the hotel was fully booked, front desk had no way to move us to a different room. At the end, the manager waived 50% off on that day. It was better than nothing. At least they were showing a good gesture. But given this experience, I expect they should at least waive the fee of that night given that the room that night is not up to basic livable standard. I was not even asking for compensation of the damage to my remaining planned trip.I didn’t bother to argue but can’t resist to complain here.

Pros:

Gostei muito do hotel! Quarto ótimo no último andar, banheiro muito bom, funcionários solícitos e atenciosos. Gostei também da localização, pois o acesso é fácil!

Проживание комфортное но завтраки оставляют желать лучшего.
Pros:

Было комфортно, чисто и уютно. Ванна это отдельная изюминка. Как будто купаешься под водопадом и еще хочу отменить эффект 3Д ведь вода льется со всех сторон. Персонал также приветливый, дружелюбный.

Cons:

Завтрак который включен в стоимость мягко говоря огорчил. Есть только сладкие завтраки и они не прям шедевральные. Соки не очень, кофе более менее. Ожидали лучшего…

In realtà avrei dato a questo hotel un voto di 10. La posizione è perfetta, la camera pulita, il personale alla reception molto cordiale. Purtroppo questa impressione positiva è stata fortemente offuscata da un'esperienza estremamente spiacevole. Avevo dimenticato un maglione nell'armadio della camera e ne avevo informato l'hotel il giorno dopo la partenza. Purtroppo, però, non hanno voluto saperne nulla. Peccato che non potrò mai più prenotare questo hotel.

A most enjoyable stay in a high quality room with a very pleasant outlook
Pros:

A large high quality room with a very good bed. Nice views out the window of the start of the Grand canal. Courtious and helpful staff.
The hotel is very conveniently located near the Piazzale Roma ferry wharf. Importantly the room was very quiet at night.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive and so we didn't take it. There was shortage of nearby eating locations although there were coopperativas close by where one could buy food.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta en Piazzale Roma a pocos metros de la paradas del autobús al aeropuerto y de los vaporettos, habitación amplia para tres personas, muy limpia, con una preciosa vista al Gran Canal. Personal muy atento y amable especialmente en la Recepción. El desayuno Continental muy bueno y abundante y la chica que nos atendió fue encantadora en todo momento y se esforzaba por hablarnos en español, nos hizo sentir como en casa. La estancia en el Hotel Santa Chiara supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas y no dudaría en recomendar a mis conocidos este Hotel.
