Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta en Piazzale Roma a pocos metros de la paradas del autobús al aeropuerto y de los vaporettos, habitación amplia para tres personas, muy limpia, con una preciosa vista al Gran Canal. Personal muy atento y amable especialmente en la Recepción. El desayuno Continental muy bueno y abundante y la chica que nos atendió fue encantadora en todo momento y se esforzaba por hablarnos en español, nos hizo sentir como en casa. La estancia en el Hotel Santa Chiara supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas y no dudaría en recomendar a mis conocidos este Hotel.

A most enjoyable stay in a high quality room with a very pleasant outlook
Pros:

A large high quality room with a very good bed. Nice views out the window of the start of the Grand canal. Courtious and helpful staff.
The hotel is very conveniently located near the Piazzale Roma ferry wharf. Importantly the room was very quiet at night.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive and so we didn't take it. There was shortage of nearby eating locations although there were coopperativas close by where one could buy food.

We would definitely stay here again but would want to stay in a different room on a higher floor.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Artwork was exceptional! We were surprised that the windows were very sound proof and we did not hear any noise at all from Piazzale Roma. We appreciated the staff arranging the water taxi for us and their kindness during a difficult time in our family. I am Venetian and know the city well. This hotel was very convenient for us for what we needed to do during this particular trip to Venice.

Cons:

The curtains in the room did not close all the way so there was light coming into the room and since the room was facing the buses and on the first floor it felt very exposed. The shower gel was empty and when it was refilled the dispenser was not working properly so we could not get any soap out. These are things that can easily be fixed and should not be a reason to not choose this hotel.

Práctica Partida y llegada, agradable estadía con hermosa vista, en Venecia lo es todo.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Para quienes conocemos los problemas de Venecia para alojarse, este es el mejor. Práctico, el taxi llega a la puerta, no tienes que caminar por callejuelas y puentes con tus maletas. El frente del hotel da a « piazzale Roma » donde estan todos los taxis y líneas de buses que precises incluso para el oulet de Venecia y para el aeropuerto y el fondo del hotel da para el agua, zona « traguetos» a pasos puedes tomar uno que te transporta hacia cualquier parte de la ciudad. A pie 30 minutos llegas a « Piazza San Marcos » mientras te paseas por las callejuelas mas concurridas, con boutiques hermosas. La ubicación de este hotel es estratégica, la mejor en Venecia.
Nuestra habitación daba para el puente donde ingresan todas las personas a Venecia que entran a pie cargando maletas…y hacia el otro lado el agua, veíamos las barcas salir y entrar desde la cama, hermoso.
Excelente personal de recepción, me acogieron siendo que mi carta de crédito no funciono por razones de seguridad y siendo fin de semana debimos esperar al lunes a resolverlo. Esto habla muy bien del hotel, tiene flexibilidad y consiguió resolver con un deposito que ellos recibieron incluso posterior a mi partida. Gracias Santa Chiara nuestra estadía fue hermosa! Volvemos sin dudar.

Cons:

No hay restaurante para almorzar o cenar. Igualmente habiendo tantos lugares y estando en plena Venecia es muy agradable descubrir nuevos lugares así que esta ausencia no es importante. El desayuno es a la carta, no hay bufete pero es bueno, como en todo siempre se puede mejorar la calidad. El personal del desayuno muy servicial, la chica que nos atendió eficiente y encantadora, hablan varias lenguas.
Cobertores: deben revisar se precisan mejores cobertores para dormir, son muy finitos.
