Value, Staff, Convenience! It's My King of Prussia home away from home ;)
Pros:

This is my go to place whenever I'm in KOP. 1. Staff are wonderful! Say hi to Carmenlisette at the front desk...housekeeping always has a smile and fresh towels ;) breakfast is free and delish. They have laundry, fitness room, and a meeting room. The mall and nicest restaurants are walking distance. Right off freeway, which is convenient.

Cons:

I read how someone said they could hear the highway? Duh. You are in the middle of a city, not Missoula, Montana. If you're a light sleeper, maybe consider traveling with ear buds. I had no issues and slept like a baby :)

Cons:

The shower doors only opened from one side, the side opposite to the shower head, so to turn on the shower you had to get in the shower and have cold water sprayed all over you. Awful

Location was great! Staff were very warm and welcoming and very friendly!

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom. Hallways smelled like weed. Sheets and towels were “off white” and seemed old. Overall just not very well maintained and in need of a refresher.

It was a great location and value but the frustration for the less than 24 hours was ridiculous.

The room we were in had a broken shower. They moved us to a new room and it had a broken tv. When we asked for it to be fixed they were angry and told us that they couldn’t keep moving us, even though we never asked to be moved.
