Comfortable bed. Good night sleep.
Pros:

Accessible shower

Even though the elevators were right outside our home it was quiet.

Cons:

Water flowed all over the floor from the shower.
We were there for 4 days and would have liked drawers to put clothes in.

The toilet paper holder. It was broke off and not useable. Had to turn a waste basket upside down to hold the toilet paper.

Tv channel selection was terrible the entire time. No CBS orABC. Missed basketball March Madness.

Staff was great, I feel like I overpaid for the condition of my room

The gentleman who worked the front desk, super friendly, and maybe she’ll write it home

Cons:

The shower was falling apart. The room was not that clean and there was a lot of young kids running around screaming and yelling, and no one said anything to them.

Value, Staff, Convenience! It's My King of Prussia home away from home ;)
Pros:

This is my go to place whenever I'm in KOP. 1. Staff are wonderful! Say hi to Carmenlisette at the front desk...housekeeping always has a smile and fresh towels ;) breakfast is free and delish. They have laundry, fitness room, and a meeting room. The mall and nicest restaurants are walking distance. Right off freeway, which is convenient.

Cons:

I read how someone said they could hear the highway? Duh. You are in the middle of a city, not Missoula, Montana. If you're a light sleeper, maybe consider traveling with ear buds. I had no issues and slept like a baby :)
