Mai House Hotel is the perfect place for my family and me whenever we visit Vietnam. The location is nestled in the busiest district of Ho Chi Minh City but still maintains a peaceful environment. The architecture features a unique Indochinese style, which adds to its charm and character. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious, providing a very comfortable and restful sleep. The staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Phong and Ms. Y, who take care of guests in the breakfast area, making my family and me feel at home. I will always stay at Mai House for future trips to Vietnam.

Wonderful stay in Ho Chi Min
Pros:

This hotel was amazing. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I especially loved the breakfast - Mr Phong and Ms Y made sure everything was perfect and the service was incredible.

Pros:

I will definitely be coming back here. The service is amazing and concierge happily booked a hair appointment and date night for me without hesitation. The breakfast is unbelievable and the service from Mr Phong truly made it an unforgettable experience and remembered our coffee orders and names.

Pros:

We love it here!! Feels like home, staff are incredible and we were so attentive. Would definitely recommend to others, and we will definitely be back! Mr Phong was so awesome with serving us and making sure we were comfortable

Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean we opted for the membership so we could use the lounge upstairs where complementary drinks and canopies are served between 5.30 and 7.30 , this was brillant as was very quiet then we had dinner on the open roof terrace which was fantastic with dramatic night views of HCM - Alk the staff are fantastic and very kind - we had a beautiful room - total 10 out of 10 experience ! breckfast also was great

A beautiful hotel, with really helpful and attentive staff member.
Pros:

The breakfast was so delicious, and there were so many options. I didn't even get to try all the things. The waiters/waitress were very friendly and helpful.
The room was beautiful and had great amenities. The décor of the whole hotel was stunning, and the fragrance that ran through the building was also really nice.

It was my birthday during my stay, and so many people working there made me feel very special. The drink on the rooftop were also amazing. The gym was good, with high tech equipment and it wasn't too busy.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Pros:

Thank You very much to Mai House and Mr Phong for looking after us! Our dining experience was exemplary. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and hard working.
We are both vegan and there are options for us, however it would be nice if some of the selections were more clearly labeled as vegan. Thank you for having us!
