Une belle adresse

Emplacement, confort et propreté.

Je n’ai pas aimé devoir faire un deposit pour pouvoir consommer dans l’hôtel pendant mon séjour. C’est désagréable et la plupart des autres établissements ne le demandent pas.

Un moment hors du temps
Pros:

Un havre de paix au milieu de la ville !!
Tout était parfait : le petit déjeuner et exceptionnel (variété, quantité, qualité : tout est au top)
Les chambres sont très calme et d'un confort très haut niveau
La piscine est elle aussi une merveille au 5eme étage et au calme
Pour finir mention spéciale au roof top qui le soir offre un moment de fraicheur dans un décor de rêve (les cocktails sont d'autant plus agréables).
Un grand merci au personnel aussi qui est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme incroyable.

Das Ambiente war toll

Cons:

Der Service im 14. OG beim Einchecken und beim Aperitif abends entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Hatten stets den Eindruck als Europäer nicht ganz so willkommen zu sein, wie die asiatischen Gäste. Wurden teilweise erst beachtet, wenn wir auf uns aufmerksam gemacht haben.

Mình đi staycation nên là hành lý ko nhiều, mình ở chỉ có 1 đêm nên chưa trả nghiệm được hồ bơi

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Fabulously furnished. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved the breakfast buffet - the best one we have had. Such good variety.

Pros:

Замечательное место для проживания! Отель расположен просто идеально - до основных точек 10-15 минут пешком, можно без проблем воспользоваться такси или общественным транспортом. Питание отличное, завтраки очень вкусные. В ресторан не ходили, но рум-сервис был превосходным. Так же рядом с отелем в 2-3 минутах много заведений с самой разнообразной кухней (вьетнамская, европейская, японская) - голодными не останетесь. Весь персонал крайне приветлив, любые пожелания исполняют незамедлительно.

Great stay, will book again.
Pros:

The location is great, a bit far from the city centre but It is walkable. There are supermarket around the corner and a great Pho restaurant near by. The rooms was great, very modern and quiet.

I highly recommend. A great location, breakfast and facilities.
Pros:

It was a very luxurious hotel with great facilities. There was plenty on offer at breakfast and it was so delicious. The pool area was also fantastic with great service too. It is a perfect location if you are in Ho Chi Minh for a few days.

Cons:

This is only minor, but after a day of travelling, we had booked two rooms for our family of five - which was communicated and clear upon check in, however, upon arrival, it was only set up for four people and initially had run out of trundle beds, but managed to source one to put in the kids room. They were apologetic though and sorted it out quickly for us.

Perfect Hotel. 10/10
Pros:

The Mai House Saigon is a beautiful and luxorious hotel that was recommend to us from friends. I am so happy that we decided to stay here because everything was just perfect! Especially the attentive and kind hotel team made us feel so special. And the room with the super comfortable bed and elegant interior was just a dream. I give my highest recommendation. We will definitly come back!

Excellent stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, nothing was a problem for any of the staff! The spa was gorgeous and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had!
