My family is from Canada, and we’ve been travelling in Vietnam for a month. Mai Hotel has been one of the best hotels we have ever been to! Out of the many resorts we’ve been to and the infamous New World Hotel, Mai Hotel is on the top of the list. They beat all the other establishments by milestones! Their breakfast buffet is impeccable, and their service is phenomenal! Everyday, Mr. Phong greets us and asks us what we would like to drink. The waiters are so attentive with our table as well, always checking up on us.
Recently, we had a bad experience with a resort, where we faced un-professional and poor service. Our mood was ruined for those first few days. However, after going to Mai Hotel, our moods were instantly lifted. They made us feel heard, valued, and respected. I feel sad to leave such an amazing place! They are honestly the best I’ve ever been to. I will stand by my claim and advocate for them. That is why I definitely recommend Mai Hotel. If you value good service, beautiful infrastructure and interior, amazing buffets, and a luxurious feel, this is the place that will deliver that five star experience! Hello Mr Phuong/ Ms Y, I am very appreciate that I did book this hotel. Breakfast here very good quality and very delicious. Restaurant is very clean and organized. Also server very friendly and kind. Definitely we will be on the next trip.
The hotel breakfast exceeded my expectation. From the flavorful meals to the cozy atmosphere, everything was perfect and the staff are very friendly. Mr. Phong deserves special mention for his friendliness and helpfulness — he truly made us feel welcome.

The experience was excellent! The breakfast buffet had everything imaginable including foods for both Eastern tastes as well as European and American breakfast. Mr. Phòng made sure that our every wish was attended. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The buffet at the C’est La Vie is not to be missed or overlooked - while most skip the hotel breakfast, our family decided to come back twice for the food and exceptional staff.
The food variety and quality was really impressive. The second day was quite different from the first, so we were excited to eat both days. Western, Vietnamese and “international” all make an appearance a the buffet, so everyone will have something they love to eat. I particularly loved the Vietnamese rotating hot dishes and the baked veggie dishes.
The service is extremely warm and fast - we never had to call staff as they were very attentive and always came by our table, even during busy hours. We’d like to especially thank our server, Mr. Phong and the wonderful front end women who greeted us on arrival.
Atmosphere and ambience is also not to be overlooked - refined, elegant, soft lighting with calming jazz music to tie it all together to start your busy day in Saigon with some calm.
I highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Mai House Saigon.
Mr Phong and Ms Y were extraordinarily helpful and responsive. The restaurant doesn’t serve much in the way of vegan offerings, and no hot vegan food at all — it’s a veritable vegan desert! — but Mr Phong made it possible for us to have a vegan pho, which we both enjoyed. Were it not for him, we would likely not eat at the restaurant at all.
Fantastic! We love this place and very nice, very clean. Server are very friendly and wonderful service. Foods are delicious also good quality. Definitely we will be back for the next trip.

Miss Thung who works at the restaurant Mediteria was exceptionnal as well Miss Ahnn from the tea place
Swimming pool area was small , not much to do as activities on the premises . The desk personnel was not much interested in arranging my surprise as I wanted to surprise my cousin who was staying at the same hotel , she came from UK and I came from Canada to give her a surprise on her birthday . I arrived at the hotel after 24h travelling late night around 1am and was not able to get up before 10 am for the breakfast . I managed to go to have breakfast at 10h 30 and the person told me it is close for breakfast, I had to insist to just have a coffee and a croissant, It was asking to much , I had to explain my journey to finally get a cup of coffee and a croissant , first the person just brought pastry only , I asked for a toasted bread and I received a brown bread not toasted, cold. I found the staff too concentrated on their tasks , they did not understand my needs.

The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were struck by its elegance. The staff greeted us with smiles, and the lobby manager was exceptionally warm—offering great recommendations for local food and even carrying our luggage to the room. The guestroom itself exuded a charming French romantic style. Daily housekeeping was impeccable.
The only slight downside was that the pool was a bit small, though it still had character.

This hotel is incredible. Their service and hospitality is great and definitely a bang for your buck! Mr Phong and all the wait staff in the buffet are so lovely and very accommodating. They make sure you have everything you need and that unused dishes are removed promptly. The rooms are immaculate and cleaned everyday, perfect for couples or families. You have everything you need here for a beautiful stay in Vietnam.
