Waanzinnig en een dikke aanrader
Pros:

Super servicegericht en zo vriendelijk allemaal. Het hotel is prachtig ingericht, de kamers en bedden zijn fantastisch. Het ontbijt is waanzinnig. We hadden ons verslapen en waren veel te laat voor het ontbijt. Er werd alsnog een ontbijt voor ons geregeld. De volgende ochtend wist de mevrouw bij het ontbijt wie we waren en welke koffie we drinken. Dat is service!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a very handy location. Overall outstanding hotel with 5 star facilities. Pool area is beautiful and the roof top bar is a must for sunset drinks

Great place to stay!
Pros:

They provided us with a free mini bar which was restocked daily.
They always gave us a lovely warm welcome. Helped transport our bags up to our room.
The pool and gym were great - they gave us complementary towels at the pool.
It's slightly outside of the busy part of town, so we had a peaceful night's sleep.

Cons:

On the first night we noticed that the hot water was not coming through. We reported this to reception in the morning and they had it fixed for us the same day.

Beautiful hotel and experience.
Pros:

Real 5 star hotel with all the little luxuries you expect from such a hotel. The staff make it really special, very professional and real people who genuinely love doing their jobs. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced - huge selection from cuisines around the world. Can eat very healthy and still be very satisfied.
We got the executive lounge access too. Well worth the money. The canopies were a nice example of creative genius.

Cons:

It took us the week to work out how to operate the fancy lighting system in the rooms. The design is a little too fancy in my option but didn’t take more than a few seconds of clicking each switch until you got the desired configuration.

There was no milk / powder to enjoy a tea in the room. I’m sure a quick call to room service would have provided some free of charge but given all the special touches I was surprised this was not included in the tea / coffee selection.

Spa was luxurious with amazing showers however massage was mediocre I’m sorry to say. Paying 2 to 3 times what you’d pay down the street I would expected a lot more.

None of the above would stop me booking this hotel again. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ho Chi Mingh after experiencing this place.
I spent quite a time trying to find the right hotel. If you’re doing the same I can assure you you’ll be happy with this one.

the girl at the sky bar upset my family What a guest wants is more important.

The afternoon tea,staff and food.Most of the staff were very pleasant. The beds and rooms were very comfortable.

The rude staff girl .at the sky bar.You could not sit at a table with 8 seats if you were a family of four.This was at 10 clock at night. Not many people around. Very different to the staff in the executive lounge who didn't say anything to a lady who sat down with her computer at a seat designed for 6 people very nice staff at the lounge.

Wir waren im Juli 2026 für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war modern, makellos sauber und sehr ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal das stets ein Lächeln hatte. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Herr Phong ist sehr charmant und witzig und hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben
