The entire property. Property floods with rain. No pool it’s broken. Not all rooms have fridges and microwaves like the advert states. Rooms have bugs and the dirtiest mattresses I’ve ever seen. I had to switch more than 4 times to get a somewhat decent room to stay. Nasty nasty nasty. Last day there ( stuck due to a wedding ). Housekeepers tried to come into my room BEFORE CHECKOUT 😡 as I was getting ready to go. No knock , used their master key and attempted to get in.

There were bed bugs and a dead moth in my room.

No refrigerator no microwave. Most of all swimming pool didn't work. We were told to pump broke down. The pump was working fine, you could hear it and see the water moving. Just nobody bothered to clean the pool. They were scary looking people hanging around. And felt very unsafe, and it had to keep my firearm close at hand for protection. Not a good way to stay at a motel. We will never go back to that again.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was as if you were laying on box springs. The pillows were very flat.

Train tracks near hotel, night activities around hotel, lack of cleaning, front desk employee with stained shirt,…

The place was gross

Pool also was shut down with a big old chain
Toilet was dirty. I didn’t even get new toilet paper. It was like a quarter of a used roll. There was hair still in the tub and burn marks from cigarettes in my bedsheets.

Next-door was a lady living there that kept on opening up talking loud on her phone smoking a cigarette

The floors were disgusting in the hallway. It looks like somebody poured out a plate of food next to the soda machine, then try to rinse it off with dirty water. But I slept woke up and was outta there

The room smelt like stale deathly air. They were dead bugs in the shower. The refrigerator did not work, even though it was plugged in and smelt like death on a hot summer day. The water that was from the shower leaked onto the floor due to a bad design and almost fell and slipped.

Room was dirty and not kept up. Bathroom and shower was discusting with mold, peeling ceiling paint, broken tiles, missing half of the towel bar.

I booked a king non-smoking which they gave to someone else and tried to give me a smoking room 🤢. It was almost 6pm, yet the non-smoking room they finally gave me was still being "cleaned". The room reeked of soured mop and the floor was soaking wet. The room was not as clean as it should have been for my liking. There was a hole in the bottom of the door, and gaps large enough for all sorts of things to crawl in from outside (like the huge roach-like bug we had to kill minutes after arriving). We stuffed a washcloth in the hole and put towels in front of both the outside door and adjoining door to fill the gaps. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it (as well as the ceilings) and it was clear that only the main surface of the floors was being cleaned. The room was more than it should have been in that condition.
