Nice enough hotel - let down by front of house attitude
Pros:

The hotel was "ok" and to be fair I am comparing it to other major capital cities so I dont know about tokyo. Sylish lobby. Rooms were OK - great housekeeping - and it was really central. Nice enough bar and bar staff were friendly.

Cons:

There is no porter on arrival - and the face of the hotel....the reception staff were...I dunno...just a bit stressed and miserable. There was one guy..manager I think - wondering around in a casual suit longish dark hair no name tag so I couldnt say - liked to look the part but very innefective. My feedback to the owners would be to send in some scouts to just see how poor the front of house set-up is and then train the staff - starting with the supervisor / manager at the front

Misinformed. Cramped rooms
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the ambience of the restaurant was decent.

Cons:

Rooms were tiny and cramped but a bit musty. On the day of checkout, there was no place to deposit luggage even for a few hours. They informed of their inability only at check in. Would have booked another hotel if told in advance

ゆっくり過ごせ良かった。
Pros:

ロケーションが非常に良く、目的地に行きやすかったです。私が、間違って「起こさないでください」の方をドアノブにかけて出かけてしまい、帰って来てから気付き、フロントに電話して、掃除をお願いしたら直ぐに対応して頂き、嬉しかったです。

Cons:

ボディタオルがあったら良かった。
鏡が足りなかった。
歯ブラシが大き過ぎた。

Friendly staff, they went out of there way to help us out anytime of the day.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly

Cons:

Room was misleading from the pics, very small, had to run around the shower to get wet lol No water pressure.

Muy poco espacio para colgar chaquetas o ropa

Location is good but otherwise nicer hotels are available.
