Good location but needs fresh look
Pros:

We stayed here for one night visiting friends who live in the area. At check in I was given two queen beds when I had booked a king. All kings were gone and the one reserved for us had a problem with the A/C and the carpet was all wet. Not a problem, rather find out now than later. Staff offered us two free breakfast vouchers which I appreciated and breakfast was very good. Room was clean but furniture is in need of replacement. Handle on the armoire was rusted, the bedside lampshades had dirt and mold on them. Looks like they are doing some updates in the hall. Elevators are all beat up. Staff was friendly. For a conference center I thought it would be a little better.

Best bartender ever!
Pros:

The bartender, Jessica H, is awesome. This why and the reason to comeback to the hotel. She is great! Like family after a tough day. So happy to have met, and been served by her. Totally recommend.

Worth the price
Pros:

Pretty decent resort, great location and great price. Staff was nice and helpful. Compared to other budget friendly hotels in the area (and I visited quite often as a Disney AP) this was so far the best location so far. No major complaints other than the air conditioner, didn’t really regulate the rooms temp very well and didn’t seem to work the best but it wouldn’t stop me from visiting again.

Move to the Coco area.
Pros:

We stayed 2 weeks during a move. The staff was wonderful. Location for us was key as we were shopping in Melbourn. Also great little restaurant and bar.

Good staff in a hotel that could use a refresh.
Pros:

Good locaiion for Viera, but the hotel could use some refurbishment......Room had a somewhat musty smell and were dark; elevators inside appeared a bit beaten up. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Just a property showing its age.

Diamond in the Rough - Restaurant/Bar Fabulous!

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Hotel on a whole was nice, but a bit dated. The lobby had a charm to it and the staff was very nice. The bedroom was well kept, furniture was also a bit dated. Bathroom was nice but you could see that it a bit of a face lift.
Hopefully this will be one of the IHG to get a remodel soon, but keep the Charm of the hotel.
