スタッフが皆さん親切で丁寧で快適でした。
Pros:

周辺が比較的静かで良いレストランが多い。駅やバス停も近いしタイムズスクエアまで歩ける距離。

Cons:

とても、過ごしやすいところだった。
Pros:

日本語が通じるので助かった。
トイレにウォシュレットがついていた。
お風呂のシャワーが固定だけでなくホース付きのものがあった。
バスタブがあった。
水が1日2本無料でもらえた。
20ドル分の利用がホテル内でできた。
どこに出かけるにも近くて便利だとだった。
静かな場所だった。
朝早くの到着だったので、チェックインはできなかったが、少し歩いたところにあるジムを無料で利用できたのでシャワーを浴びることができ、とても助かった。

Cons:

水がもらえるということだったがら部屋になく、持って来てもらうよう連絡しないとだった。
3人で一部屋だったが、リネン類が2人分しかなく、連絡しないもいけなかった。
ジムが少し歩かないといけない。

また泊まりに来たいと思えるホテルです
Pros:

ホテルのホスピタリティ共に最高です。色々なホテルに泊まってきましたが、かなりレベル高いのではないでしょうか？ゆっくり滞在してニューヨークを楽しむにはいいと思います。
グラセンにも歩いてすぐでした。タイムズスクエアにも歩いて行けます。周りの治安も良く趣のあるホテルです。

マンハッタンの摩天楼の中にあるザ・日本のおもてなし

スタッフみなさん親切で気配りが行き届いていました。アクシデントに巻き込まれて大変な状況だったのですが、いろいろな面で柔軟に対応していただき、ほんとうに助けになりました。何より日本語対応なのでとても安心して利用できました。
