Pros:

Great location, and good breakfast (a bit expensive for the offering, but this was NYC!). Staff were great, pleasant and helpful. We have a non-working AC and once I informed the staff it was fixed expeditiously! Thank you!

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel it badly needs renovation in some areas, such as the carpet in the room which was quite old and dirty. Thanks for leaving us slippers to avoid walking bare foot on the carpet! The bar, the Japanese restaurant were closed when we arrived and the day after!

One of the best 4 start hotel we every stayed in NYC
Pros:

Great location. Close to a lot of landmark building but not very turistic and during aftrenoons very quite. Breakfast is very relaxing, no waiting for food or drink. Coffee refill was excellent. If you lock the windows you will not hear the noise at all from the street.

Cons:

The breakfast was every day exactly the same so if you stay for more than 3-4 nights could be a bit boring but the guys in the restaurant were filling your coffee cup constantly. :-)
