Pros:

Great staff and good grab and go breakfast items. Comfortable bed; good sized room.

Cons:

Not “on the beach” as the name states. Sketchy neighborhood after dark and walking was not comfortable. Beach was almost a mile from hotel.

A great 3 stars inn close to the beach, NOT at the beach.

A great 3 star inn close to the beach. For a 3 star they are way ahead if the game. My only criticism is old, and dark rooms. If they change the lighting and the paint-and carpeting all over the facility, this place would have gotten 5 from me. The breakfast is minimum with veg fritatta, assortments of sweets , cream cheese, butter, jam and oatmeal. Theres always a cold water station and coffee in the lobby. There is a. Happy hour with cheese and crackers and red and white wine. There are bicycles use. Everywhere is clean and i can see that they attend the place. It seems like they also own the lavender inn and the motel behind the parking lot. I wish they change the flooring throughout and the lightings in the room. There are many places to sit. A clean pool and jacuzzi which we didnot get to use. Will recommend and will come back if the rooms are more brighter.

Not the Experience We Hoped For
Pros:

We stayed at Brisas del Mar for a wedding weekend. While we appreciated being able to check in early, the overall experience was disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, the tone of the service made us feel like we had done something wrong rather than being welcomed as guests. The rooms also felt worn down, dated, and dark. You can open the shutters for more light, but then people can see directly into the room, so it felt like we had to choose between privacy and having a room bright enough to get ready in.

It’s an okay place to stay, but for a special event weekend, we left wishing we had booked somewhere else. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig.Aber ist ja oft so in den USA ansonsten war alles super.Am Nachmittag gab es Kaffee, Wein Käse u Cokis…uns haben die 3 Tage dort gutgetan und Fahrräder konnte man ausleihen!👍👍
