Pros:

We had a nice, large room, that included a refrigerator and a stove, with some dishes. The staff is very kind and the breakfast and wine is good. Most of the parking is covered which I think is unusual in Santa Barbara.

Cons:

There is no elevator. Most of the rooms require steps. There are very few channels to watch. Fortunately the Olympics were on and we could get that. They do offer DVDs, but we were in Santa Barbara for the film festival and did not want to watch any more movies.

Pros:

Good happy hour and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the SoCal sunshine. Bed was newer.

Free parking!

Cons:

Bathroom is dated especially the vanity.

Excellent location, staff, food, and accommodations!
Pros:

The breakfast served was fantastic! Great selections. They also do happy hour with wine, cheese, and crackers. The pool and hottub were immaculate. The room was clean and housekeeping was very nice. Easy walk down to the main road which offers to pier on one side and the marina on another. Very nice experience!

Fantastic staff and spacious clean room
Pros:

This is our third stay at Brisas Del Mar and it was excellent once again. The wonderful staff and clean spacious rooms are the reason we continue to return.

The hotel offers a happy hour and breakfast which is an added benefit.

We will continue to come back to Brisas Del Mar Inn at the Beach.

This is a very pleasant and convenient place to stay in Santa Barbara. I bet owner works there.
Pros:

Room exceeded expectations, big, ultra-clean with gas fireplace, patio - really a full sized fully equipped apartment. Continental breakfast was much better than normal hotel fare. All very clean, well curated. Hotel is 3 blocks or so from the marina and beach. Hotels and downtown restaurants are a short pleasant walk. Bikes are available for rent from the hotel. I really liked this place.

Cons:

I didn't see anything to not like. Definitely would stay there again when I am in the area.

Great customer service in a quiet hotel with many perks
Pros:

The staff could not have been nicer! We were celebrating my mothers 90th bday which I told them about. They surprised us with a lovely Bday card with a small box of chocolates and Brut in the refrig! Happy they helped with up/down stairs. And really enjoyed the hot Apple cider we drank next to the fireplace in the lobby at night.

Cons:

Wish there had been something on the hotel site that said many rooms are not accessible. My elderly mom and I had to climb too many stairs to /from our room and to go to the lobby. I would consider staying here again but sadly could not bring her.

The beds were comfortable. Parking was adjacent. It was a quiet location. Recently updated.

Cons:

The breakfast was meager, and the coffee was weak. Many dated features, including a noisy HVAC system and no hot water in the shower. It was expensive compared to similar properties in the area.
