The staff is always wonderful. Location is great. It was nice to have one onsite electric recharger. Not always available which is understandable but greatly appreciated. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Same for the happy hour. We have stayed here many times
Only issue for us this time was that the bed was way too soft. We will address this with staff next time we book and see if there are any rooms with newer or more firm mattresses. This was the only time we have had this issue.

The view, every room faces the parking lot. The bedroom and bathroom windows face an apartment building. The bathroom needed some repairs. We couldn’t open the bathroom window because the building next door could see inside our bathroom. It was decent but definitely not worth the money. It looks like a converted apartment building. Didn’t really feel like an over 300.00 a night hotel.
Stayed for our anniversary weekend and Greg had a bottle of champaign, chocolates and a happy anniversary card. So thoughtful! Our room was lovely, clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning with a staff that was always kind and welcoming! We will definitely return.

Rooms are clean and bathroom is updated. The amenities were great. The parking was covered and available. The pool and facilities were good. The continental breakfast was OK. Coffee was excellent. Staff was very nice and hospitable. There was plenty places to sit and eat breakfast.

Everything! We were upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful and very large. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast bar with nice choices. They also have bikes free to use which was really great! The location was only 3 blocks from the beach and close to a park. Also close to State street shops.
I loved the location, the service and especially the room that we had. I was thrilled that it had a kitchen, plates, silverware and cups for people that would like to eat in. The living room and bedroom was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. This place is clean and I love that. I decided to stay another day because I had such a great experience. I can’t wait to go back. I will stay here again for sure and tell all my friends about it. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

The king suite was great! Comfortable, spacious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I also liked that it was quiet and calm at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Very welcoming. Enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. They had continental breakfast, not too many options, it was just ok (coffee, pastries, yogurt and cereal).
It was not a deal breaker for me- I’m not a breakfast type of person, but others might be dissapointed.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean facilities with nice common areas like the pool and outside seating areas. Walking distance to restaurants, wine lounges and the wharf.
Clean simplicity, friendly staffing, basics including its suites in an exotic outdoorsy landscaping and nearness to Pershing Park on the way to the harbor & beaches.
