Be aware during the summer months through September 7th that live music is played during the day and evening Friday through Saturday and official hosted pool parties occur Sundays from 14:00 to 18:00, as well as our Night Swim on Tuesday evenings from 20:00 to 02:00.

Room was not clean sufficiently fingerprints on the mirror stains on the bathroom floor. The shower leaked the entire time. Just not a great experience as this was my first time staying at the hotel definitely will not be staying there again or recommending.

El hotel intenta cobrarte 60 dólares por noche por el parking y no te dice que en frente hay un parking que cuesta 30 dólares. Por ello, lógicamente la primera noche cuando llegas al no conocer lo pagas y me parecería justo que en el hotel al menos te dijeran otras alternativas.
Además, durante 2 días no nos hicieron la habitación a pesar de dejar la habitación a las 9 de la mañana y volver a las 22 de la noche. No es lo que esperas al pagar un hotel así de la cadena Rosevelt
Property was in a great location, the updates are wonderful, it was great to have the pool and the pool cafe was nice.
The balcony furniture was uncomfortable and appeared to be there just for pictures. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and the furniture that they had in the room wasn’t necessarily for comfortable seating. It appeared that it was there for pictures. It looked really good, but it wasn’t really usable as far as just having seats to sit in other than a really low bed.

This was our fourth year in a row with a summer stay here, and this year it was an awful experience. Management sold hundreds of passes to non-guests for a 4th of July pool party. Then they closed the pool from noon to 2:00 and made guests line up to get back in and try to claim a pool chair. Although we were only the 12th guests in line, no seats were available because most of them were marked “Reserved” for the non-guests. I spoke to the manager at the front desk but was told “sorry”. What kind of greedy hotel management does this to their paying customers? Beware if you’re thinking about booking here…your satisfaction does not appear to be the top priority for this management group.
We’ve been staying at this hotel for years and have always loved it but the new management is awful! So many mishaps that never occurred before, most notably, the hotel partnering with an outside company to sell tickets to the pool so guests have nowhere to sit after waiting in a line and finding spots. We were literally told to leave our pool chairs as the hotel sold them to outside patrons who were not staying at the hotel. The only reason why we will even consider coming back is because of the amazing customer service from Ally and Aiden—they should probably run the place.
