The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.

Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.

Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).

Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.

Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.

In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.

Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.

No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.

All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:

The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.

Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.

In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.

Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.

All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.

Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.

All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu. L'hôtel est magnifique, bien entretenu

Cons:

Mauvaise organisation du personnel, 1er jour chambre pas nettoyée, 2eme jour pas de servillettes de douche, qu'on nous a aporté 40 min plus tard. Beaucoup de choix a petit déjeuner mais pas très qualitatif pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Die Anlage war herrlich. Frühstück war super und frisch. Lage ist toll und das Personal auch super freundlich. Auch die Natur war sehr großgeschrieben in dieser großen Anlage.

Cons:

Matratzen waren verformt, ein hotel dieser Klassebraucht definitive bessere Betten, deswegen ein paar Punktabzüge. Fitness braucht auch ein Upgrade.

L hotel andrebbe ristrutturato e soprattutto le camere e i bagni , gli asciugamani sono usurati e la biancheria da letto aveva un cattivo odore, l hotel non rispetta la regola qualità prezzo .

Fantastic family stay in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at Thavorn Palm Beach Phuket. The staff were incredibly friendly — special thanks to Eddie at reception who looked after us so well. Honestly, all staff were fantastic and always happy to help.

The resort is very family-friendly, with amazing facilities for both kids and adults. The location is perfect — right by the beach and only a short walk to the main strip for shops and restaurants.

Highly recommend and would happily stay again!

We loved Thavorn Palm Beach Resort, would happily stay again as it was so beautiful and relaxing!
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and very relaxing - loved the day beds and balconies with the lovely views. The groovy pool bar was our favorite with great music, friendly staff and tasty food and drinks, and the slides were such fun for young and old! The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection to choose from, but the eggs were sometimes cold which was a shame. The gardens were stunning with gorgeous statues all around and lovely foot paths. The swing was a great touch, and the daily petting zoo was always exciting. The art class was great fun too.

Cons:

A fresh egg station would be better - have scrambled eggs always on hand and then have a couple of chefs prepare fresh poached or fried eggs and omelets on request, so that they are served hot, however the breakfast was still amazing. Would be great if the Coffee Talk cafe opened up earlier than 9am, for those early morning activity days so you could enjoy a takeaway cup of coffee for the road.
