The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.

Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.
Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).
Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.
Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.
Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.
No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.
All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:
- 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant
- 11:00 to 19:00 at Splash Pool Bar/Groovy Swim-up Bar.
The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.
Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.
In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.
Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.
All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.
Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu. The resort was very well located and right next to the beach. Amazing Staff! Both Ginger and Ploy were very helpful at the Reception.

Resort was family friendly and close to the beach.
The bedrooms were not always cleaned everyday and we had to request on days to be cleaned .
The beds were also very hard. There was an option however to request for beds to be changed.
I loved wandering through the secret gardens.
I loved the breakfast area beside the indoor garden.
The food was delicious with much variety, especially the breakfast buffet.
However I was a little concerned to see diffenbachia plants located along paths where they were easily touched by people/chikdrenpassing by. These plants are poisonous when ingested.
Two members of our family trod on very fine wire in the swimming pools. The wires punctured the skin. We believe the wire came from the scrubbing brushes used to clean the pools every morning.
The rooms and grounds were nice
The day to day staff were kind and helpful
The communication was lazy and lacking regarding check-in and check-out requests
They wanted to charge for an ice bucket, which I've never expected before

We had such a lovely stay here. It really is an oasis of calm in amongst the hustle and bustle. We travelled as a family of four (13 & 10) and stayed in the family room with bunk beds. A super sized room. Only downside was closet space, a big hanging rail but no shelves/draws for clothes so we did live out of our suitcase. I like to fully unpack so closet space is important to us.
Staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The welcome at reception when we arrived after a gruelling flight was lovely, and also as we checked out. What wonderful reception staff you have!
We stayed half board. Breakfast was absolutely dreamy, great food, fresh yoghurts were delicious, kids loved the pancake machines, wonderful service, so attentive. Lunch was usually from the pool bar which was yummy... if not we would take a little walk into town for something else.
Swimming pools were great, swim shoes might be good as around the pool tge concrete ground was a bit rough which was ok with our older kids but smaller kids might struggle.
Rooms were cleaned immaculately, mini bar, water, teas and coffees always restocked fully. Grounds are beautiful, gardeners really cared for the hotel gardens.
It's a short walk into town, also super easy to grab a tuk tuk cab or a Bolt and head elsewhere.
Apart from the lack of closet space we couldn't fault this place (and we're picky!) and have already recommended it to lots of friends. We absolutely thought it was good value for money. We would 100% return.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Thavorn Hotel in Thailand and it ended up being a really special trip for our family.
The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing. Being able to walk straight out and enjoy the sea whenever we wanted was a huge highlight. The whole atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming, and it was the perfect place to unwind.
We were also celebrating my son’s birthday during our stay, and the effort that went into making it special was amazing. When we came back to the room, there was a cake waiting for him and the bed had been beautifully decorated. It completely made his

Really friendly staff nothing was ever too much to ask for. The rooms was so fresh and clean and kept immaculate.
Everything was there was you needed to even having complimentary Coombs , toothbrushes ect in the room .
The area was lovely a night market and local shops next door to the hotel with the beach in-front .
It’s a very expensive hotel worth the money if you did all inclusive however when you don’t do all inclusive it’s very expensive. Paying £350 bhat for 1 cocktail which is £8 in UK money which is very expensive when I can go to the market next door and get a cocktail ( the exact same one ) for £150 bhat which is £3.50.
That’s the only downfall of the place is it’s very very expensive if you only do bed and breakfast.
Stayed at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort and while the property itself is pleasant and well-suited for families, my experience with the reservation process was disappointing and left a negative impression.
Before booking, I contacted the hotel directly because I saw that a Deluxe (regular) room was available for my stay dates. I specifically asked whether this room could accommodate my family with an extra bed. I was clearly informed that this was not possible and that the minimum suitable option was a Family Room.
Based on that information, I booked the more expensive room.
However, upon arrival, I observed multiple families with the same setup staying in regular rooms with an extra bed. When I raised this with staff, I was told that such an arrangement would in fact have been possible. I later also received written confirmation from the hotel that a regular room can accommodate this type of family configuration.
This means I made my booking decision based on incorrect or inconsistent information, which resulted in me paying significantly more than necessary.
I raised this matter with management during my stay. While the responses were polite, the explanations focused on internal processes and availability, rather than addressing the core issue — that the information provided to me at the time of booking was not accurate or clearly communicated. No meaningful resolution or compensation was offered, and communication eventually stopped.
For a hotel of this standard, I would expect transparency and consistency when advising guests on booking options, especially when it directly affects the price paid.
I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its reservation communication. I would still welcome a proper and fair resolution.
