The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.
For third-party payments, arrangements must be made directly with the property in advance by bank transfer or by contacting the hotel reservation directly. If a payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required to process a new payment that matches the guest’s name, please be aware that all refunds will incur a 3% processing fee, deducted from the total amount by the payment system.
Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.
Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).
Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.
Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.
Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.
No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.
All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:
- 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant
- 11:00 to 19:00 at Splash Pool Bar/Groovy Swim-up Bar.
The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.
Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.
In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.
Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.
All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.
Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu. Guests will receive a value-added benefit of daily 2 cans of Singha Beer for room types: Lagoon Pool Access Deluxe Terrace and Lagoon Pool View Deluxe Terrace.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Nice location, close to beach, lots of good restaurants, fruite shops and massage shops.
The resort is large and we enjoyed the multiple pools, mini zoo and highly recommend the cooking class. That might be a bit pricey compared to external ones for thailand but totally ok for resort price. We enjoyed cooking with chef On.
Breakfast buffet was superb with the noodle station.
Private pool was nice since you could jump in also later in the evening.
Main pool area was closed quite early, if you do some excursions during the day and come back late in the evening, an option to cool off would have been great.

Уборка конечно ужасная. Очень поздно убирают и то шампунь не поставят, то полотенца пляжные забудут, кофе вообще никогда сами не ставят…
Еще в главном ресторане где завтраки просто отвратительный кофе, пить не возможно!!! Причем в вип лаунже очень вкусный! Почему нельзя засыпать те же зерна, не понимаю!!
Otel tam bir aile oteli, konumu güzel, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Resepsiyonda Jessy her zaman ve her konuda bize destek oldu kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Neredeyse her gün biz istediğimiz sürece temizlendi ve eksiklerimiz yenilendi. Odalara geniş hasır plaj çantaları konulmuştu havuza inerken baya faydasını gördük. Her katta içilebilir su doldurulabilecek sebiller vardı, odalara konulan suların yetmediği noktada faydalanılabilir. Kahvaltıda damak tadımıza uygun bir şeyler hep bulabildik bu çocukla seyahat ettiğimiz için bizim için önemliydi. Akşam yemekleri için otelin içerisinden geçilebilen bir pizzacı var orayı tavsiye ederim gerçekten pizzaları çok başarılıydı çok beğendik. Dondurmacı da aynı şekilde çok lezzetliydi dondurmalar. Turlara katılmak istediğimizde otelin içerisinde tur satın alınabilecek küçük bir kısm var oradan satın aldık ve aldığımız turlardan çok memnun kaldık. Phi phi turu muhteşemdi. Kesinlikle tavsiyedir. Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptığımız için gün içerisinde kullanabildiğimiz snack ve çay kahve alabileceğimiz lobby katında bi cafe vardı, sıcaktan kaçmak için ideal. Küçük küçük molalar verdik bu sayede. :) Otelin yakınlarında iki tane7/11 bir tane de başka bir market var. 7/11 a gitmek isterseniz sahil kapıları yerine ana kapıdan çıkmayı tercih edin daha çabuk ulaşacaksınız. Otelle alakalı değil ama ülkede her yerde sivri sineğe maruz kalacaksınız, bu marketlerde ilk günler sinek kovucu sprey, priz için aparat, kaşıntı giderici hepsini temin etmeniz faydanıza olacaktır. Bunun dışında eczane, hediyelik eşya dükkanları, masaj salonları, farklı farklı restoranlar çok yakın. Biz her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable, the grounds very well maintained and spectacularly designed. Short walk up the road there were local restaurants and some bars/shops. The water slides were a bonus ot entertain teh kids and i was pleased they were not strict about heights and ages tehy just let the kids crack on unlike some other hotels i have stayed at. a really nice family getaway option at a reasonable price.
The hotel will soon undergo some general maintenance which is needed in the rooms and paint on the exterior walls but I wont mark it down too much as i was told it was being shut for this work shortly after our departure and didnt interfere with our stay.
Really loved how they celebrated me on my birthday, their service is top notch especially the restaurant staff

The resort was very well located and right next to the beach. Amazing Staff! Both Ginger and Ploy were very helpful at the Reception.

Resort was family friendly and close to the beach.
The bedrooms were not always cleaned everyday and we had to request on days to be cleaned .
The beds were also very hard. There was an option however to request for beds to be changed.
I loved wandering through the secret gardens.
I loved the breakfast area beside the indoor garden.
The food was delicious with much variety, especially the breakfast buffet.
However I was a little concerned to see diffenbachia plants located along paths where they were easily touched by people/chikdrenpassing by. These plants are poisonous when ingested.
Two members of our family trod on very fine wire in the swimming pools. The wires punctured the skin. We believe the wire came from the scrubbing brushes used to clean the pools every morning.
The rooms and grounds were nice
The day to day staff were kind and helpful
The communication was lazy and lacking regarding check-in and check-out requests
They wanted to charge for an ice bucket, which I've never expected before

Beautiful resort - great facilities for kids, lovely staff, good restaurants and breakfast options and on tbe beach
We had such a lovely stay here. It really is an oasis of calm in amongst the hustle and bustle. We travelled as a family of four (13 & 10) and stayed in the family room with bunk beds. A super sized room. Only downside was closet space, a big hanging rail but no shelves/draws for clothes so we did live out of our suitcase. I like to fully unpack so closet space is important to us.
Staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The welcome at reception when we arrived after a gruelling flight was lovely, and also as we checked out. What wonderful reception staff you have!
We stayed half board. Breakfast was absolutely dreamy, great food, fresh yoghurts were delicious, kids loved the pancake machines, wonderful service, so attentive. Lunch was usually from the pool bar which was yummy... if not we would take a little walk into town for something else.
Swimming pools were great, swim shoes might be good as around the pool tge concrete ground was a bit rough which was ok with our older kids but smaller kids might struggle.
Rooms were cleaned immaculately, mini bar, water, teas and coffees always restocked fully. Grounds are beautiful, gardeners really cared for the hotel gardens.
It's a short walk into town, also super easy to grab a tuk tuk cab or a Bolt and head elsewhere.
Apart from the lack of closet space we couldn't fault this place (and we're picky!) and have already recommended it to lots of friends. We absolutely thought it was good value for money. We would 100% return.
