The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.

Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.
Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).
Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.
Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.
Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

Please note that this room currently does not have a babysitter or supervising staff. Parents are responsible for the well-being of their children at all times.
For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.
No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.
All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:
- 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant
- 11:00 to 19:00 at Splash Pool Bar/Groovy Swim-up Bar.
The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.
Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.
In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.
Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.
All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.
Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu. This resort exceeded our expectations. The perfect place to relax for a family. We had a Family Connecting Deluxe Terrace room with plenty of room and a great view over the pool area. The kids absolutely loved the waterslides, Sweet Treat Ice-cream parlor, petting zoo and the art studio. The gardens were a highlight, the resort prides itself on making them look so beautiful. We had delicious food at both the Ciao Italian restaurant and Ocean Rhyme. Staff members Wan & Beer were very friendly and helpful. A tip is to go for breakfast before 8.30, it gets very busy. We would love to go back, a wonderful stay

Beautiful Resort. Great pools and pool bar
Lovely resort, beautiful pools and great water slides. The gardens are an absolute standout, exceptionally beautiful. Manicured, with topiary, bonsai and its own “secret garden”. Petting zoo is wonderful for younger kids. Only suggestion is that it would be great if they had an activities room for older kids. Breakfast buffet is a standout and bar snacks and poolside drinks are at reasonable prices. Staff are very personable. A special mention and thank you to Shevket who was very helpful when I needed assistance with an administrative issue and also thanks to Ploy at the front desk.
We had wonderful 5 nights stay at the resort. Kids enjoyed water play at the pools. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. Travelling as a family of four with an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old, we found the hotel absolutely perfect. The facilities and amenities were excellent, there was plenty to keep the kids entertained, and the location was ideal – close to town and everything we needed.
What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Praery and Shevket were both fantastic throughout our visit, always friendly, welcoming and happy to help.
A special mention must go to Eddie, the bellman/porter, who truly went above and beyond for our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to our experience.
We also loved spending time by the pool thanks to A, the bartender. He was so friendly, made great drinks, created a fun atmosphere and always greeted us with a smile.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back again!

First days and the experience of check-in was really bad it’s 3:15 here and I have still not got my one room . With two small kids and and two old age parents o had to struggle in one room .
I got the second room around 4 in the afternoon
My parents are really pissed at me and so is my wife on the first day of the trip .
I don’t recommend this property . First day of my family trip and it’s ruined .
Petting zoo, pool, friendly staff, and bell service
breakfast not that good, picky about # of towels they give you, room was all the way back in the corner of resort (long walk to get out), shower temperature was warm to hot back and forth. they booked as 1 room but was really 2 joining rooms.
Location: The hotel is right across from the beach. The room is large and comes with access to a pool area. The food is delicious. Praey, the receptionist, is very nice. I'll be back again soon.
Pool was amazing. The hotel has 3-4 pools and all are very well kept and the slides are awesome. Perfect for the kids to be in the pool for hours. Enough space for all the guests to enjoy the pool. Pool bar is pretty decent as well. The access to the beach is just across the road. very nice and clean beach and the market is within 2-3mins walk. Very good location.
Staff needs to be much more receptive. Very arrogant and not at all helpful staff at almost all places. Room service and housekeeping is horrendous. Keep calling 6-8 times for them to react; they pretend not to understand English and just don't bother to act. 40% of the hotel has Indian guests and still no Indian Veg or any Indian dishes for breakfast. The staff once again disappoints at every restaurant.
