The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.
For third-party payments, arrangements must be made directly with the property in advance by bank transfer or by contacting the hotel reservation directly. If a payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required to process a new payment that matches the guest’s name, please be aware that all refunds will incur a 3% processing fee, deducted from the total amount by the payment system.
Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.
Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).
Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.
Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.
Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

Please note that this room currently does not have a babysitter or supervising staff. Parents are responsible for the well-being of their children at all times.
For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.
No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.
All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:
- 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant
- 11:00 to 19:00 at Splash Pool Bar/Groovy Swim-up Bar.
The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.
Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.
In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.
Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.
All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.
Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu. Guests will receive a value-added benefit of one bottle of Eclipse Solar Shiraz per stay for the Lagoon Pool Access Deluxe Terrace room type.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Upgraded to a room which we could hear footsteps above and guests next door, tiny room for a five star was disappointing. Outdated rooms, TV poor and WiFi poor.

The hotel is tired and old. The gym shouldn’t be called a gym, nothing more to say… same for the kids club.
Surrounding , nature
Rooms are old and our bathroom was smelling , even after changing our room other bathroom has the same problem
I think they have problem with wastage as smell even reach room while you sleep so don’t forget to close properly bathroom door before you sleep
There was cracks on mirror and handles in all accommodation was sticky not clean
If you are looking most of the time stay outside not in the room then choose this resort otherwise is not great accommodation
Vi elskede pools med rutschebaner og haven! Det var en god kaffe og isbutik, som lavede god kaffe. Vi kunne godt lide den italienske restaurant - især den ene aften, hvor der var underholdning (sang/guitar). Rart at der ikke var langt til lidt byliv og lokale restauranter. Stranden! Den er lidt stort og ikke så charmerende men vandet var krystalklart og man kunne snorkle 5-10 minutter derfra.
Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke så spændende og vi havde oplevet besked kvalitet og service andre steder i Thailand. Vandkvaliteten på badeværelset var ikke god - nogle gange var der brunt vand (det kolde vand). Lidt ærgerligt, da alt andet var ret lækkert.
Kids loved the slides and the pools and the animals and activities. Breakfast has loads of options.

Food is of very average quality. Rooms are dated and get a very fowl smell coming from bathroom. For that price paid, and the reviews online hotel does not meet expectations.
