Baymont by Wyndham Tulsa

I was not informed the hotel was under construction, as soon as you walk in you see it. There were 3 huge rolls of new carpet to go down, but then the edges of the walls were all torn up as if the trim was taken off. Then the elevator was a little weary and made to much noise for a 3 story hotel. My son wouldn't even ride on it, then walking the stairs one of the windows were broke and just taped up, which was very alarming. Then as we went to our room there were holes in the ceiling above every door, and paper along the floor as if someone was painting. Electrical was hanging out of almost every door, which can be a hazard alone. Finally getting to our room and observing it and it seemed ok but the tissue holder was completely broke i had to fix it to stay on otherwise a metal piece was hitting the floor every time someone went in to use the restroom. Then the TV channels didn't match up at all of what the guide was, not a huge deal but the microwave had to be moved to use it. There was no plus that we could get to to plug in and use. Then the window in the room shook to the wind and kept us up throughout the night. Then waking up the next day hoping there was something for breakfast, which was slim pickings. They did always have eggs and bacon, cereal, some bread this was pretty crazy to me. We travel all over the country for my sons wrestling and come to Tulsa at least 3 times a year and never encountered a hotel like this. Even to know the hotel was under construction would have at least gave me a heads up, I was defiantly thinking of going across the parking lot to comfort inn.

The staff were pleasant and all but had way to many weird things happen. First someone came into my room and made a mess, and staff heard voices frol my room when i wasnt there. Then when they switched my room, the toilet was broken and kept running. Apart feom the nice staff, i would never come back

Everything was great. It was close to quite a few places. The bed & pillows were super comfortable, the only down side was that i went to the feont desk & asked for an iron & i guess they dont have any? But it was ok, over all it was good. The breakfast was alright, limited options

Manager was accommodating, good communication & a big help. Spacious, clean room.

Room had an old musty moldy smell. Bathtub had moldy caulk.TV only worked on the weather channel.Low water pressure and not hot water only luke warm. Wires capped off and hanging out of the ceiling over the bed.Despite all of this the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The night was quiet.I have stayed in worse and paid more.

The hotel is dirty, from the moment you walk in it looks like it shouldn’t be opened, there was mold on the curtains above the a/c unit blowing in our room. I felt unsafe and i felt safer taking a chance of sleeping in my car than staying at the hotel. I’m trying to get a full refund for my cancellation the hotel manager doesn’t answer, corporate doesn’t step in because I didn’t book directly with them. Expedited is assisting but they haven’t been able to reach the hotel either and I’ve called multiple times, sent an email still no response. I don’t recommend this hotel if I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve never made the decision to cancel a hotel so for me to do that it had to be pretty bad. I don’t plan on staying at a Baymont or Wyndham ever again especially since it’s so hard to get in contact with management and I was told by the night clerk they I would hear from them about starting they refunded me the rest of my money.

First room we had the fridge was broken, moved to a second room and the bathroom floor still had hair that wasn't ours.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good bed. Two firm and two soft pillows. It is nearing the end of a remodel and is looking quite nice. It would be nice to have a smart TV.

Don’t have good cable watch tv and have one bed when check in have put room that two bed and there was sign bedroom said check out 12:00 on but told check at 11:00 am

I think they are trying to remodel. Painters tape everywhere but doesn't look like they've started painting. Carpets in hallways are threadbare. Mold growing on the caulk in the shower, rusted faucets and drains. Screws visible on the shower insert holding it to the wall, not quality work for a remodel. Didn't feel safe staying there so I did not

Only thing bad was the fact that the Tulip was broken and they moved me to a different room and then the key to the room cap not working everyday that I was there because of the move to the different room plus the room I was in the smoke detector was dangling from the selling

Close to shopping and food. Hotel is being remodeled so there is somewhat of a mess. The shower head would not turn on in the bathroom.

Bathroom was a little dirty and the shower head was in a bad position to where you could not really shower without hitting the wall and the TV channels were pixeling
