Great location, central & close to restaurants & bars. Quiet. 2 lounge chairs were in the room which is much more preferable to 1 chair for 2 people. Parking was also available under the building on request.
It was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay
Located centrally close to restaurants pubs and shops. Rooms were very clean tidy and comfortable and easy excess to both rooms. Check in and check out was very smooth.
Only drawback was the extra parking charges.
A great location. Very clean. Very safe place to stay.
Cleaners took away the two cups and two breakfast bowls on the first day, and forgot to place clean ones back. As a result we didn’t have them to make our own breakfast the next morning. We understand it was just a small mistake.
Close to everything, friendly staff and easy check in
Great room, very quiet and excellent amenities. Would be great for a longer stay as had washing machine, cooktop etc.
Nothing that I can think of.
No onsite parking, Had to park on the street, seldom found parking close by and on our last night our car was bumped into and damaged whilst parked with no note. So ended up being an expensive stay.

The view was terrible. It was a window facing a wall and there was a piece of the next doors building's roof flapping about due to the wind at the time. I'm sure I booked a room with a view. The other disappointment was the location I thought Tauranga was where Mount Maunganui was. Completely my fault. Overall, the room was good.
Ein modernes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel ,schöne zentrale Lage, sehr praktisch mit den vorhandenen überdachten Parkplätzen...alles bestens..
