Pros:

A great location. Very clean. Very safe place to stay.

Cons:

Cleaners took away the two cups and two breakfast bowls on the first day, and forgot to place clean ones back. As a result we didn’t have them to make our own breakfast the next morning. We understand it was just a small mistake.

Good stay, would stay again. Nice and central.
Pros:

Great room, very quiet and excellent amenities. Would be great for a longer stay as had washing machine, cooktop etc.

Accommodation was great, but very noisy neighbours
Cons:

No onsite parking, Had to park on the street, seldom found parking close by and on our last night our car was bumped into and damaged whilst parked with no note. So ended up being an expensive stay.

Well-equipped comfy room.
Pros:

The facilities were good and we could do some laundry, which was convenient

Cons:

The view was terrible. It was a window facing a wall and there was a piece of the next doors building's roof flapping about due to the wind at the time. I'm sure I booked a room with a view. The other disappointment was the location I thought Tauranga was where Mount Maunganui was. Completely my fault. Overall, the room was good.

warm, quiet, comfy, friendly staff, close to cafes. parking.

Cons:

No Sky TV, tv incompatible with iphone for streaming too.

also, after hours check in was slow and left me standing in the cold
for 10 mins
