Good location
Walls are thin could hear everything. Quite time was after 10 pm but they lets a big group out in the lobby till after 12am being very loud and their kids running up and down hallways.

Hotel was dated and not well kept. I stayed at this hotel 18 years prior when it was a Hampton Inn and Suites. The hotel has declined significantly and has not been kept up. There was a strong chemical smell in hallways. I was told that there was a recent fire sprinkler water leak on the 3rd floor. There were ceiling tiles missing in hallways on 1st floor, pool closed. Could not get housekeeping in room even after specifically requesting it from housekeeping supervisor, who radioed staff to do it. Very disappointing.

clean bedding, My blanket had a blood stain and a huge pee stain the sheets were disgusting .Bottom sheet pulled off by right hand head of bed it had a giant filthy stain. the soap dispenser in shower had been jerked off and absent. we will not be back. We always stayed there when it was a Hampton. CLEANLENESS IS ALL WE ASK. I ITCHED AFTER YOUR BED!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was fair to poor. Sausage tasted like it had been reheated several days. Eggs were the same.

Highly unprofessional, not customer oriented and poor housekeeping services.
I called for housekeeping services after my first night there, some unstable lady yelled at me and my husband over the phone. Same lady eventually twisted the story and the management never invested or attempted to ask what happened. The same staff called the cops on me to have me removed. I reached out to the hotel today, to follow up with my refund request through Booking.com. A lady who introduced herself as the manager, was extremely rude, unprofessional and refused to allow me speak after which she hung up on me. When I called back, she threatened to call the police me on grounds of harassment.

Location was good.
First, the room we reserved as not available (2Q with sofa bed suite) as it was oversold. We were transferred to a different room (K + sofa bed). We moved to the replacement room.
Second, the K+sofa room was not clean. It reeked of vape. The smoke detector was disabled and hanging off the wall. The heat was on high, apparently in an attempt to cover the smoke smell. The sofa bed was dirty with food wrappers and a partially used vape dispenser. It was disgusting. Who cleaned this room? Absolutely no quality control. I have never seen anything like it. Had it not been 10pm at night on a football game weekend, we would have left.
We asked for a new room.
Third, we moved all our luggage again. The keypad for the replacement room did not work. We could not get into the room after trying several keys. It was clear this was not a "card" error. The door's keypad was broken and non responsive. Again, who is in charge of this hotel, and sends people to a room with a broken card reader? Who wants to stay in a room with a broken door?
We moved to another replacement room. We started with 2Q + sofa bed suite. We moved to 3 different rooms all over the hotel. We saw it all. We ended up in 2Q on the first floor.
The photos of the lobby are accurate, it looks nice. The 2Q room on the first floor was fine.
The third floor rooms were a disaster, and the corridor smelled. There seemed to be a family reunion or party on the third floor. From the hall corridor we could hear activity within the rooms.
This is a very old hotel that has bare minimum upgrades to look nice on entry, and that's it.
I do not recommend.

Breakfast
No crib for my baby so I was worried she was going to jump off the bed all night. When I asked the staff working she was super snotty and short saying that it had been destroyed. They advertised for it, so this is one of the main reasons I booked with them. Very disappointed.
It was ok.
I made reservations for a suite for 5 people. When I got there, they changed it to a single room with a king size bed. I was very disappointed. I was given a double room and the person promised me a portable bed that never made it.
Location to Notre Dame
A bit dated but they kept it clean.

The rooms were small and very outdated. The lobby didn’t have a sports channel. The soap was empty in our room when we checked in.
Location but there were no other options because of the Notre Dame vs Navy game.
The carpets were dirty. One of the rooms had to be changed because it wasn’t clean at arrival. Cleanliness is not a priority in this hotel. The towels are very old and there’s no room service as to fix up your bed. They only change towels and on Sunday we had to request clean towels. As a Starwood property we are surprised that cleanliness is not a priority.
