Hotel was very nice. Rooms clean, very comfortable. A nice coffee cafe in lobby for coffee, muffins, breakfast sandwiches.
Lobby bar was very nice, TV played sports games which we love. Bar was well stocked, and bartender was very nice.
Did not eat at The Palms restaurant but looked very nice.
Room was spacious, clean and modern. Great shower. Service was amazing. Zero complaints.
The property was very nice. The lobby and common areas were clean and very well kept. The parking garage was a little scary. The lighting was really bad and there were no personnel present.

I was satisfied.
I usually enjoy my stay at the Westin, and send many clients to this location. Never again. There was a person at the front desk, a woman named Taneidrea, who was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my 51 years of life. After my encounter with her, an older couple who was nearby told me that they had the same experience and were going to also complain. The entire staff there at the front desk, who should be representing the hotel, never smiled, spoke stoically and monotoned, and were overall just very cold. This person in particular, however, was incredibly rude when I asked her to add my Marriott Bonvoy points, and later after she knew I was staying there, approached my daughter in the in the lobby, where we were taking pictures before an event and asked me if I had a room there. I told her I had just spoken to her earlier. She proceeded to ask me for my name and room number. And, she did so with a very nasty demeanor. I understand that everyone has bad days, and she probably has a lot going on in her life, but as a professional, especially in hospitality, there is no place for that kind of behavior. I spoke to who I was told was the manager the next day, but I have heard nothing back from him. Therefore, I will be taking this to the next level. I spend far too much money with Marriott to be treated that way. Unacceptable, and I will not be back, nor will I send anyone else there. Ever.
Generally good, but: there is really no restaurant for breakfast, just a walk up counter for various coffees and pastries which they will warm in microwave if you ask. Take back to room or eat in lobby on a couch.
We left a sign on our door early afternoon for a room service, but when we returned at 2am after long drive to Athens and back, the room had NOT been cleaned but sign replaced with Do Not Disturb sign.
We expect better for a highly rated property.
We had a great time. Hotel was clean , updated and very well kept. Shops and restaurant were within walking distance. The lady at the front desk had a bit of attitude and actually stopped to help someone else while we were still in transaction, but overall a great experience.

Amazing property
Not the best stay. The room was just okay. The bathtub/shower wouldn’t drain. My TV remote didn’t work. I received two “wake up calls” in the middle of the night that I didn’t schedule. My late checkout so I could try to get some sleep kept getting interrupted because the front desk kept calling to “check on my status”. I have another stay booked here for next week and I will forfeit it. Not awesome at all.
