The kitchen had everything er needed, the room, furniture and bed were comfortable, and the view was fantastic!
The shower could use a good deep clean. Also a later "later check out" option would have made things more convenient for us.
Rooms were beautiful! Breakfast was really good lot to choose from. Everything was kept really clean and nice within facility .
Parking garage was very tight small spaces for people with trucks and the charge per night was steep $41 . We stayed because we have a family member in icu at uwmc and we wanted to be close by .

The high price for parking, there was rocks in our bed, the hot tub wasn’t warm the pool was cold the game room was worn down all the games were broken/ old
Amazing place for families. Massive open interior concept which made it feel like we were in a spacious community center.
I guess parking was a bit of a pain. I tried to use the pay parking across the street but I couldn’t recharge without leaving the premises. However, you can easily find free street parking in the evenings. Didn’t realize that since I’m not from America.
Our stay at the Residence Inn was wonderful overall! Breakfast was great—though on the last day, it seemed a bit understaffed, so the stocking and dishes weren’t quite up to the same exceptional standard as the day before. Our room exceeded expectations—it was spotless, spacious, and the king suite was perfect for us. Parking was easy to navigate, though the spots are a bit tight, still manageable. A big thank you to Linh and Ruby for providing outstanding customer service and making our stay even better!
The facilities in the room and the hotel are very thought through (room layout, storage in the room, equipment in the kitchenette, etc.) and this made our stay very comfortable.
Breakfast setup was amazing and so are the views of Lake Union.
Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was absolutely incredible! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, They told us about all of the different things to do around town and it made our Anniversary weekend so special!

Having the bus stop in front of the hotel was convenient. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff was so friendly. We could store our bags until our late night flight out.

No view of the lake
It was clean and the view was beautiful.
They need to change new pillows. It was so bad for the neck and zero support. Woke up with the worse neck shoulder pain.
