Schöner Aufenthalt mit Ärgernissen
Pros:

Wir hatten eine schöne, grosse Suite mit schönem Ausblick auf den Union Lake. Die Küche war für ein kleines Essen funktional ausgestattet und sauber. Auch für den grossen Tisch waren wir dankbar.

Cons:

Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthaltes (und sichtlich schon länger), war nur 1 Aufzug in Betrieb. In einem so grossen Hotel musste man sehr lange warten, um vom 7. Stock herunterzukommen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Schlacht: mühsame Suche nach Besteck, viele Stationen ohne Nachschub, Pappteller, lieblose Auswahl, viel zu wenig Personal für so viele Leute.

Room and staff were great.

Cons:

We requested a handicapped room....which we were given. It was great but it was the farthest away room from the elevator. It was very challenging for my wife to get to and from. (NEW Knee and no wheel chair.)

Cons:

One elevator caused multiple guest to be stuck in their floors for long periods of time without being able to move their luggage, if you have kids, this is a big issue. Breakfast was chaotic, staff didn't filled the food fats enough and there were stretches of 30 minutes without Breakfast while you had to wait to eat

My stay was great everything was perfect except for the pool area
Pros:

Everything was amazing the staff the place was beautiful the breakfast

Cons:

The only problem I had was the floor and the pool area was super super slippery also in the bathroom my son fell twice and hit his head I slept and hurt my leg and my friend slipped and hurt his back but everything else was amazing

Pros:

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and location to the hospital was great. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

When contacting the hotel booking service directly, we were told that we were getting the best hospital rate, which actually was higher than the posted rates on the computer sites I was checking. Weird. We also did have to move during the night as our room was filled with the stench of drugs being used by folks down the hall.
