Pros:

Nice rooms, good breakfast.

Cons:

How they charge high for everything. Price for room was decent. But, parking was $50! Water in room was $5. Prices on their drinks and items in store were double or triple of what you would pay in the store. Be sure to buy snacks and drinks before going.

Beautiful Seattle hotel. Close to downtown. Very convenient to Fred Hutchison Center.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. View was nice. Parking was expensive. Food for breakfast was very good. Close to my meetings- within a couple blocks

Location
Rooms are nice - carpet smells a bit though

Cons:

The person checking me in was my biggest disappointment- we like to be acknowledged for being a regular patron but he just did not seem to care. And all I asked was to confirm if my membership was recorded on the booking

Parking was too cramped for the car

Excellent option for longer stays or stays with children.
Pros:

Th staff was friendly and responsive. Great location. The pool, spa, and playroom make this hotel perfect for traveling with kids. Quality breakfast.

Cons:

The food at the bar was fine but not good value for money.

It was a wonderful stay, we will be back, and will recommend to others!
Pros:

The kitchen had everything er needed, the room, furniture and bed were comfortable, and the view was fantastic!

Cons:

The shower could use a good deep clean. Also a later "later check out" option would have made things more convenient for us.

Would love to stay again
Pros:

Rooms were beautiful! Breakfast was really good lot to choose from. Everything was kept really clean and nice within facility .

Cons:

Parking garage was very tight small spaces for people with trucks and the charge per night was steep $41 . We stayed because we have a family member in icu at uwmc and we wanted to be close by .

The high price for parking, there was rocks in our bed, the hot tub wasn’t warm the pool was cold the game room was worn down all the games were broken/ old

Beautiful place. Awesome breakfast. It felt like Disneyland! Pay parking is bad but free parking all around!
Pros:

Amazing place for families. Massive open interior concept which made it feel like we were in a spacious community center.

Cons:

I guess parking was a bit of a pain. I tried to use the pay parking across the street but I couldn’t recharge without leaving the premises. However, you can easily find free street parking in the evenings. Didn’t realize that since I’m not from America.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Having the bus stop in front of the hotel was convenient. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff was so friendly. We could store our bags until our late night flight out.
