Clean, easy to get to and reasonably priced
That nowhere did I see that there would be a charge for parking. Not that it was a lot of money just upset I wasn’t aware of it.
This is our go-to hotel everytime we visit Annapolis. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and huge, the location is perfect, and all for a good price.
The only thing i didnt like was that I couldnt stay another night. We LOVE this hotel

The room was large with a kitchen and fridge. The bed was comfortable and the bath while a little dated was clean. There were a few stains on the carpets and a few scratches on the the desk and table. The price would have been ok if the AC had worked and they had not added an extra $7 for parking at this "motel ".
The "total charge" I was quoted on Booking .com was $86 and change. When I checked in the hotel asked me if I had a car and charged me an extra $7. When I commented on the extra fee the front desk associate told me that it was Booking.com's issue as they bury the fee and showed me it hidden under the facilities tab. I would have paid the extra $7 in the total fee without an issue; however, hidden fees for parking at a motel (motor hotel) and blaming it on Booking.com just made it worse. I have always had excellent quotes, service, and property descriptions during the many years I have booked with them.
They should take a more honest approach and raise their rate and eliminate the parking fee. Kind of ridiculous at a motel, especially when it's not in a major downtown area.
The AC also did not work and the room was facing the west so the late afternoon sun baked the room and the room temperature rose to over 80°. I could have contacted the front desk but by then I was completely 7 packed and didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms when the room had a window and temperatures were expected to drop into the lower 60's that evening.
