Good value for money
Pros:

Hotel Diana is a nice, small hotel. It is clean and quiet. The free parking lot is large. There's a free coffee machine near the entrance that's available 24/7. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good value for money. It’s just 5 minutes walk to public transport. There are some restaurants and shops next to the hotel, so all you need is close.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and too high, which gave me a bad neck pain. But from the second day on, a staff member brought me a softer pillow, which allowed me to sleep well. Management should pay more attention to detail, tidy up a bit, and overcome some of their tunnel vision to make it more modern. The elevator is making strange noises and jerking. Nevertheless, we would gladly return.

A lovely stay. Great bed and pillows.
Pros:

It was lovely. I don’t stay anywhere else in Brisbane.

Cons:

The curtains were a bit uneven at the bottoms. The toilet flush buttons were a bit mushy on pressing. The air con dial - not exactly user friendly to determine cooler setting.

Cons:

all was well until the young people next door kept banging the door until midnight. My wife got so frustrated she knocked on the door and told them to stop making so much noise.......spoilt any chance of good nights sleep.

Pros:

Le réceptionniste a était juste adorable avec nous ! Nous avons eu le droit à un surclassement sans frais supplémentaires, très gentil de sa part !
Chambre super propre et confortable ! Proche de South Bank
