Central South Brisbane stay
Pros:

Hotel Diana is central to just about everything you need. $40 approx from domestic airport by uber. $9 to the PA hospital. 5-10 min walk to southbank. 15 min walk to the southbank train station. 20-30 min walk to Queen Street mall. 5 min walk to children's hospital. Across the street from the Mater. There is an excellent affordable Cafe in the Princess Theatre. The best scramled eggs. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

I am a light sleeper. The outside noise. I think if the windows were extra thick for soundproofing that would be fabulous. However this would not stop me from staying again 😃

Clean, comfortable, affordable
Pros:

Excellent location near the Princess theatre, shops and other dining venues. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. And parking is included in the price!!

Cons:

Parking is a little tight, with rear access to the building being up a flight in stairs which is something to keep in mind on arrival

Cons:

For a person confined to a wheelchair - the bed had no room to move a wheelchair along side and then the bed was considerably higher than the wheelchair - very tricky !
Like wise in the shower for a stroke victim with the left arm and leg not helping - a chair with arms was preferable to the bench

Convenient, clean and organised accommodation. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff couldn't be more friendly, and accommodating. We were able to safely park our car undercover (in the storms) for a prolonged time. The staff were very kind and helpful with my daughter at breakfast. Absolutely delightful stay, we will be back
