Hotel is in a good location and was nice enough for the cost of the room. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us out when we had a check in issue.
Only thing to complain about were the pillows. I would BYO!

Chose hotel based on close proximity to Children's Hospital, it was ideal as it is an easy walk to the hospital with plenty of options to eat close by.
Also quite close to Southbank and even the city if you're happy to go for a longer walk or catch public transport like the ferry.
The housekeeping staff were great in fulfilling any requests we had, we'd simply leave a note each morning for things like extra milk or sugar.
If you're looking for a convenient location, this would be a good choice. You're paying for convenience over the quality of the facilities.
On arrival the receptionist rostered on was quite flustered and stressed which she said was due to sorting out issues from previous night staff being left for her to deal with and she was the only one there.
The receptionist the next day wasn't particularly friendly or helpful but the one on check out was happy and helpful. It was all very odd really.
The room we had was dated and felt like it may not have been used for a while as there was dust on the kettle, the handwash container had handwash dripped all over it as well and not cleaned off and the bodywash was empty. That said housekeeping were helpful with any requests we had.
Stay here if convenience of location is what matters over modern facilities.

Quiet at night and day time, didnt hear any cars from the street or people.
Free parking was one of the best things about this place.
Some parking bays were abit tight for a big car (Nissan x trail), some others weren't a problem at all.
Cot was already assembled in room.
Carpet in room looked very stained. Saw signs that Free parking ending soon sometime in October. Small kettle, only had 600ml capacity.
10 minute walk to Southbank Parklands. Good bed. Nice Shower. Fairly quiet considering the location. Great free parking! Water filling station, hand sanni station and wheelie bins on the level you stay on! Well done!
Could be a little cleaner in room, maybe a deep clean needed. Curtains let in a little too much light. Very small fridge...
