Terrible, will never stay at here again. Remove them from you list of hotels

Nothing. We tried to check in early and were told come back at 3:00 pm as they were short staffed.
We came back at 4:30 and were told our room still was not ready and they could not give us an estimate as to when it would be ready. The manager was rude and not helpful.

We finally were able to get into our room at 7:00 pm, four hours late. Ridiculous. DO NOT recommend this hotel. Our used towels were left outside our door so they would be replaced. When we returned at 6:00 pm, the dirty towels were gone but no new towels were in our room. I had to go to the front desk and request new towels as well as toilet paper. We spoke with the General Manager regarding a discount for our inconvenience and she said there was nothing they could do since we booked via Bookings.com, we hope you are able to get us some compensation for our terrible stay. We were disappointed in Bookings.com for recommending this hotel, hope you remove them.
