Comfort Inn Fairfield Napa Valley Area

Good stay & hotel was pretty clean but needs an update. Microwave didnt work well & needs to be replaced

We wanted just a cheaper room close to Napa. Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows! Not much noise from outside, walls are a little thin but the hotel after 10pm was very quiet. Definitely better than I expected!!!

Check in was easy. The room was nice with comfy beds and sheets. Entering the room there was a strong chlorine bleach smell but it dissipated. Lots of fast food dining options within walking distance and a gas station across the street. Far enough away from the freeway to have a quiet room experience. Small microwave and fridge in the room. Two thumbs up.

Front desk (night shift) was unhelpful and discourteous. I have issues with my room so I requested for room change. It was discussed earlier with the front desk on pm shift but was not granted by the next shift. So disappointing! I have raised my issues thru email with the management but I did not get a reply? I've decided to shorten my stay and transfer to nearby hotel.
The good thing was they refunded the 1 night.

We stayed 2 out of the 3 nights we booked at the Fairfield Hotel. We left early due to cleanliness issues that were not well received by the front desk when we informed them before leaving. The morning of 9/22 we found a pair of women’s underwear tucked between the mattress and nightstand. There was also hair and nail clippings between the mattress and headboard and the AC unit provided smelled like urine. We originally intended staying the extra night but after finding the room as it was and the poor service as we left. We felt the need to inform the individual hotel, as well as corporate.

Property was not clean. Room was ok but could have also used a really good cleaning. Better options in the area for similar price.

Comfortable beds and good linen. Room and bathroom were tired and need a refresh as does the rest of the property

This is a gas food and lodging hotel that is better than expected. Very clean very organized, good bedding. The included breakfast was fair. Good coffee and good people
