Nice Central location for travel. Reasonably clean facilities. However, in our room, the bathtub (specifically the corners) needed attention. There was a water bottle left behind the bedside table. There was a charger cable and door keycard from previous occupants left in the room. These things together make you question whether or not the room was cleaned properly. Otherwise, the hotel was functional and a reasonably priced stay for a conference.

Cons:

Very poor quality for a breakfast service. There were biscuits with some fried eggs. No gravy. No breakfast meat. No Juice available as the juice machine was out of order. There was cereal with no white milk, chocolate only. It was the worst breakfast we have had in years at this location. The WVWWDA spring conference has been here for years and the breakfast was excellent. This time, not so much.

Clean, But High Price For Few Amenities
Pros:

The absolute best part of my room (332) was the awesome shower!! The room was nice quiet because there were very few people at the facility in March. The swimming pool looked nice, but I was too tired to enjoy it.

No matter what I experienced, all the staff members were terrific. They were as helpful as they could be!

Cons:

The refrigerator was adequate, but not cold enough. There is no microwave oven in the rooms. There was one on a rickety metal cart next to the ice machine. It was dirty, but it worked. For a facility with a Conference Center between the buildings, there is no business center or computer room.

I needed to print out a road map due to information I received after I arrived. The antique computer in the lobby appeared to be about 20 years old. It was unable to navigate virtually all websites. I had to wait for numerous updates to download before the system could theoretically attempt to connect to the Internet. Of course, there is no printer available. By the time I finally was able to find a map site to connect to and hand scribe directions, I would have welcomed a Daisy Wheel printer.

It was clean

Cons:

They didn’t have signs to direct us to registration. It had three buildings. One was a conference building one was for workout/ pool and the other was for rooms. We had no idea where to park to register. Also breakfast was not good . Our room was very old( decorative) but clean.

Still a good value but breakfast needs big improvement
