Cons:

1st room was full of moisture and smelled of mold and mildew. my child coughed non stop. had to have them move us to another room. dehumidifier in halls.

It was somewhere to sleep, but there were other options. The balcony was nice.

Cons:

Arrived after ten at night with two small children who'd been sleeping in the car, so they were wired and a working TV would've been the one thing that settled them down. Instead the TV was stuck on an adult movie, the remote wouldn't change channels, and after three trips downstairs. I informed the staff the remote turned the TV so it had power but wouldn't change channels They swapped the batteries anyways. When that didn't work they gave us a second remote, and a asked me to reach behind the dusty tv and find the cable box to do a manual reset that took over twenty minutes to reset and it was still stuck on the same channel. We never got the TV working properly and had to calm our upset kids down because of it since we promised them screen time after a long ride.The staff's attitude was the worst part, every time I went down, it was treated like my problem to solve, not theirs. Nobody offered us another room. I wanted to call them to let them know it still wasn't working, but that's when I realized the in-room phone wasn't even plugged in and after having to dig behind the dusty tv I didn't want to do more free maintenance for them. The elevator had an expired inspection tag and it showed. It shook every time it stopped. I left a written note for Chuck which I pictured at the front desk. The next morning, management had no idea what I was talking about. They informed me they had plenty of rooms available and could have moved us and should have because we are not responsible to maintain their hotel. This felt like a cheap motel where the room should have cost $79 not over $179

It was ok not worth the amount we paid
Pros:

Very hard to understand the guy tha checked me in. Second he kept talking about why did booking charge so much and I found out if I don’t use you I would have gotten it cheaper. But he could t give it to me.

Cost just to sleep and shower seriously

Great staff but need more breakfast variety!
Pros:

Housekeeping staff on the 5th floor was exceptional!

Cons:

Couldn’t check in early. Although rooms were non smoking.. smelled strong of cigarette smoke but willing to spray orange scent to cover smell.

Great location, nice updated to, everything else not so great!
Pros:

Room was updated & great! Housekeeping was awesome!

Cons:

Food was awful! Key cards don’t work more than 80% of time! No hot water! Mattresses were terrible

Was in our room at 6:30. TV did not work. We were told cable was out. Total lied to us. Keys did not
Pros:

Breakfast was bad. Sausage was greasy, fake eggs, hash browns hard overcooked, no cereal,apples was only fruit.

Cons:

Needed to put breakfast in the other room. 3 tables in the same room as food. Everything seemed cramped together.

Just needed a place to lay my head at the halfway point of a trip, and this place served my needs.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Many TV channels. Great water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

Wifi was not working at all, neither at night nor in the morning. Probably time for a bathroom remodel.

The front desk fellow, John, didnt know how to find my reservation even with my conformation number and he stuck my guy in a room with no key in a remodel/construction zone and someone tries to get in his room around midnight he had a terrible night
