Excelente alternativa por ubicación y precio
Pros:

Hotel con buena ubicación en calle costanera, increible vista al mar. Queda muy cerca de Playa Cavancha, sector península y comercio, todo se puede recorrer caminando. Frente al hotel hay juegos infantiles y unos más grandes llegando a la península. El desayuno exquisito, completo, con el clásico chumbeque. El sector de la piscina está lindo con harta sombra, piscina y jacuzzi con agua tibia muy agradable, el detalle es que hay pocas reposeras y hay que pedir reposición de toallas. La habitación es amplia, rica cama muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado, tv con aplicaciones. Creo que el valor está perfecto para el tipo de hotel. Conseguimos una van de vuelta al aeropuerto por un precio súper razonable, lo gestionan en la recepción del hotel. Si quieres ahorrar, estar cómodo y bien ubicado, este es el hotel.

Cons:

Creo que falta modernización de las instalaciones, alojamos en el mismo hotel en Concepción y era más moderno (quizás porque es más nuevo). Aunque todo me gustó creo que se podría considerar un frigobar para guardar agua helada, bebidas, etc. Tuvimos problemas con la habitación y nos cambiaron a otra muchísimo mejor, así que felices.
