Cons:

Me cobraron una tarifa mayor (una noche extra aproximadamente). Me cobraban en dólares y calculaba un monto mayor, al querer abonar en pesos también me subieron el precio argumentando que el dólar había variado en chile. Finalmente pagamos el extra para poder retírarnos, pero frustrante la verdad,nunca me había pasado algo similar. Que me suban el precio de la reserva durante la estadía. Tampoco me descontaron el IVA por ser extranjera.

Excelente atención del personal, siempre atentos a inquietudes y dificultades. Se nos habia quemado la lámpara de la habitación y el secador de pelo no funcionaba, lo resolvieron al instante.
Excelente ubicación, cerca de la costanera y de la zona de restaurantes.
