The maximum capacity allowed in the pool area is 4 people, for which you will be asked to reserve shifts at the front desk.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). Junto a mi familia, queremos agradecer enormemente la estadía en el Hotel Holiday Inn Express - Iquique by IHG. Todo el personal fue sumamente amable y cordial. Por motivos alimenticios de mis hijos, solicitamos un frigobar en la habitación y algunos productos adicionales para el desayuno de ellos, y recibimos una excelente disposición y apoyo de su parte. Sin duda, fue una experiencia excelente.

Sin duda lo mejor es la amabilidad de todo el personal, hacen muy grata la estadía
Desayuno muy bueno, buffet con chumbeque y medias lunas.
Puedes ocupar los espacios del comedor si pides comida afuera
Hay estacionamiento
El tamaño de la cama, si bien es cierto la ubicación y vista al mar son formidables, las camas son un poco pequeñas en comparación a otros hoteles. Falta un frigobar y la maquina de hielo no funcionaba pero podías solicitar hielo en la cafetería.
Todo me gusto sin excepción. Un excelente servicio tanto administrativo como las mucamas . Y la sra. Kely un 7 . Los felicito por un maravilloso personal. 👏 Y el desayuno exquisito. Todo muy bien.
