Over all it was a good experience, i would stay again
Pros:

It was nice there was everything around you

Cons:

There was alot of workers there and the air conditioning was not working well

It was close to the venue we attended . And affordable.

The pool was dirty. And the rooms were not to clean. The mini fridge smelled horrible.

We were supposed to spend two nights and we only spent one night because it was that bad

Bedbugs there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor no hot water in the shower. It took about five minutes for the water to drain out of it. When I went out front to complain, the lady said it’s because I left the door open. I said no those bugs were dead in the bathroom on the floor.

Just seemed a little sketchy, kinda reminded me of local crack motel with the people hanging outside. But hotel room was really clean!

We were unable to find the hotel. I copied and pasted the address to Google maps and every time it would send us somewhere else from up to Chicago area to Dale indiana. Canceled reservations and got a hotel else where. I canceled reservations for a full refund, and now they are telling me they cant refund me because they had to keep our rooms open because of our reservation. Even though on the website it confirmed the rooms were approved for a full refund

I was very happy and will stay here again.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy. Desk lady was very nice.

Cons:

The only problem wasn't their fault. A guest with a loud truck left at 5:30am.

The paint was peeling and damaged in the room. The sheets had stains
The breakfast area was disgusting. This was a horrible hotel.

Pros:

The place is close to the commercial center, with restaurants around. It was also close to the hospital. The room has enough space .

Cons:

The heat/AC system was very loud. The bed had only two flat pillows. The sheet was not clean enough, and the blanket was very light.the bathroom got clogged, and they were not responding on the phone. There was no iron.

Not really the best facility for the money
Pros:

Room wasn’t great. Bathroom door could not shut. Walls were patched by a 5 year old. Internet was nonexistent. The was no cleaning of the room or clean towel replacement. Pool was nice. Staff was very nice.

Maybe it’s worth it to spend a little more money for a better place.
Pros:

The furnishings were nice, beds comfortable. Water pressure fine.

Cons:

I had to wait 20 minutes or more to check in, even though I’d already checked in on line.
The heater and refrigerator were outrageously loud. Couldn’t sleep. Finally unplugged both of them!
The breakfast was abominable, absolutely useless.
