Pros:

It was in a good location

Cons:

It smelled awful and the room had bedbugs and roaches. I checked out the next morning and found another place. I would like to have a refund for the night I didn’t stay. My son had bed bugs in his backpack and we both have bites on our arms and legs

My in room refrigerator was broken. I take medication that requires refrigeration. I made the front desk aware and was not offered a room change. The hotel was not booked up. I had to purchase a small cooler for the several says stay. Also, there were several lights burnt out in the room .

Biggest disappointment for the use of $75 in my entire life.
Cons:

I didn’t like the smell of our room, which was truly indescribable, nasty, and overwhelming. I didn’t like the cockroach leg stuck to the ceiling. I didn’t like the gunk that was left in the sink from a previous customer. Overall the room was disgusting and the facility was dirty. I didn’t like that the photos online looked nothing like what the property looked like. I also didn’t like that property wasn’t willing to offer a refund.

Room clean and parking lot repaved. Older beds but adequate. For a low cost motel, very good.
Pros:

Whoever bought this hotel have cleaned it up. We stayed last October and this time a huge difference
