Hotel Jacaranda

J adore cet hôtel, très bien situé, spacieux, superbes décos .
Tout le personnel était aux petits soins .
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Room was not good at all

I didn’t like it. Poor service and the rooms have bad beds and pillows. Bathroom was not that clean and low quality one towel. Very disappointing.

I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit from USA in vacation since 2011 the thing every yrs the hotel go down last year I stayed and the room had no AC and my bed brook on me and the pool was super dirty I came in yesterday and I gave it the last chance I told them last time had bad experience they said we will make it up to you guess what the room no AC again the bathroom get flooded when you take a shower, no towels no phone in the room actually there’s a phone but no cables. The power length for the lightbulb by the bed is taped by duct tape. What is this?

The room doesn't have an iron to get suites Ready for business man like myself. They lock it up at night and get it available only the day time. How can I get my suit ready for the meeting that I will have early in the morning?

I suggest they could have one available iron in the day time and get another one available for customer in the night. therefore they will get it back the next day in the morning.
I came in Morocco for an economic conference at the Mohammed 5 University of Rabat with the Morocco Minister of higher education and scientific research. So that's was uncomfortable for me to not being able to get my suit ready at night, cause I get out of the plane untill the hotel only at night and they already locked🔒 their iron...that's wasn't good for all the business Men who will come over.

Beside all that the hotel is beautiful and most of that the whole crew and workers specially those ppl that's I save a name ichrak and Nora are such a dolls and wonderful person, they're deserve a promotion or something better👍💪💪

Chambre spacieuse et propre.
MAIS :
* 1/ une seule serviette pour chambre double… on m’a proposé de de la ramener le lendemain matin. Il était 23h au Check-in et cela semblait compliqué. J’ai insisté on m’a dit qu’on le l’apporterait. Ils ont oublié jusqu’à ce que je redescende à l’accueil. Mais la dame de l’accueil a rapidement remédié à la situation.
2/ on monte à notre chambre au 3eme étage, pas de lumière dans le couloir…
3/ petit déjeuner pas digne d’un hôtel. Prenez le à l’extérieur. Certes nous sommes venus à 10h40 mais il n’y a rien de continental. Une catastrophe. Pour les super petits déjeuners passez votre chemin.
4/ WC peu accessible car bidet qui collé à celui-ci. Donc pipi de côté car cuvette peu accessible.(cf photo).
Dommage !
Point positif : le personnel a tous les postes qui sont très gentils et professionnels.

The breakfast was very poor. Just few croissants, no harsha or msamen. The buffet is big but with a very little food.

Pros: room was clean, bed was comfortable, personnel was nice, location is centric near the city hall.
Cons: breakfast was limited essentially to pastry (no hot food, no fruit, no cereals, ...), wifi from the room was very bad, views from my room window were bad.
Key point: price was not sufficiently lower than other better-looking hotels nearby to compensate for the limitations.
