Bad experience
Pros:

They overbooked the hotel. So when we got there, they transferred us to a motel which we has to pay for… also, the people talking with us were really really not friendly and very annoying

Cons:

The property on the other hand looked pretty nice

Pros:

Asked when the restaurant opened were told 5pm. Found out later it didn't open on Sundays ?? We waited an hour and a half for a restaurant that wasn't going to open. Ugh

Bookings.com failed to give the Marriott hotel my credit card, so I had to pay again when checked in

Clean sheets and pillows

Cons:

That Bookings.com didn’t give Marriott Hotel my credit card information. The hotel created a new reservation when I checked in and charged me again. I having a tough time getting reimbursed from Bookings.com

Hit most of our check marks. Only minor inconvenience with the ice.

Cons:

The ice machine was very far away from our room and barely had any ice in it. Only coffee was prepacks in room. No coffee after 10 am. Would have been nice to have coffee in lobby.

Pros:

Well appointed and close to the airport. The bathrooms are fantastic! I wanted to take the shower home with me lol.

Cons:

My only concern was the distance between the rooms and the lobby. It literally takes 4 minutes to walk it! If someone has a disability or they’re carrying a lot of luggage it would create an extra difficulty. Otherwise, everything about the hotel is lovely.

Pros:

The hotel lobby was modern and well-appointed. There was ample guest parking near to the rooms. The rooms were large and had modern decor and were clean. The bathroom was large with good water pressure. The beds were comfy. Check in and check out were easy and quick. I would stay here again!

We’d be afraid to ever stay there again.

The decor and the staff.

Cons:

Our room was freezing cold and the heater would not come on. It was 50°. It was also 4:00 in the morning for us because we’d had an unfortunate experience on the trip home from the East Coast.
