Great staff. Great location. Mighty fine accommodations. A bit dated, but very comfortable.
Pros:

Wonderful property. Very convenient to Dutch Apple Theatre. Excellent breakfast downstairs.

Everything was easy and comfortable
Pros:

Easy to find, gentleman at the counter was polite and prompt, check in was incredibly fast and easy. The room was clean and not hot.

Cons:

Shower was slippery and was a little difficult to find an appropriate temperature.

The Heritage Hotel is very charming and a great option for a weekend away!
Pros:

This was our second summer spending a weekend at the Heritage Hotel Lancaster, and we can’t wait to return again next summer. The staff is so friendly, the Loxley next door was perfect spot for dinner each evening, and we were a short drive from shops and other attractions. Highly recommend!

It was like a cheap hotel at extravagant prices. We could smell smoke from our room. The carpets were dirty. Even a cheap motel would have been better. It's beyond my understanding how you could justify charging what you did for this. I actually cried when I got to my room and saw it after I paid. . You fooled me with the pictures on the website and the reviews. I have no words for the contrast of the reviews and what I actually saw. Well, you live and learn. And I have learned from this experience to physically look at the place and the room before paying anything. We left within a few hours. We were out and came back and decided we couldn't sleep in a place like this. What a horrible experience!

Thankful that it was only for 1 night

Loxley’s restaurant

Cons:

Reception was not very welcoming. Not even a smile upon our arrival. Vending machine (on my floor) was less than half full. The pillows were tiny and more were needed. I used my jacket as a pillow to put under my pillows. There were only a few channels available on the TV.
