Not clean. Very questionable people around.
Remodel, clean your rooms, specially the bathrooms. Employ some security to keep homeless away from the facility so your guests do not spend the night worrying about the car or the room being broken into
The place needs an upgrade. Cleaning crew not doing a thorough job. Spills on bathroom wall, on side of sofa. Deep cleaning needs to be done, bathroom drywall was damaged and needs repair.

The staff was really nice. Can check in super late or early. There’s a pool and hot tub.
The hotel room was extremely dirty. The sheets were probably barely clean enough to sleep on. There were dead and alive crickets everywhere in the room, we spent 30 minutes clearing crickets out. The shower was as disgusting, extremely dirty. Room Smelled horrible. If you literally won’t spend any time in the room other than sleeping you’ll live, but it’s not suitable to relax in. There was also extremely expired food in the fridge from previous guests.
Very clean and close to freeway.
There was no filtered water in the room to use coffee pot.

Traveling with pets I was essentially locked in the room unable to even go get a soda as they do have vending machines but do not have the ability to break a 20 so you can use them
There was very big crickets in the room, bathroom, on our beds. The water got shut off on my husband because there was a big water leak in 3 other rooms. T.V. remote didn't work only to turn it on. Coffee maker looks like it's been there for years and not cleaned. Air conditioner had no buttons so had to guess how to turn it on.. will never stay again!
I was able to get a first floor room. I need one or an elevator when i get a room. Most always, thru this site, i am unable to get help for my disability, get a room on the first floor and the hotel's never have elevators. This endangers my well being.
Broken fixtures, dirty walls, tv connection issues
Everything was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, great location, easy to find, clean, safe parking, many places to eat close by, freeway is close by and far enough so you don't hear the noise. :)
We enjoyed everything so much that we made sure to stopped by on our way home to Seattle from San Diego. Made our long travel restful and happy. I'm telling my friends and family what a great place! :)
