Clean room, very nice staff and general attitude

Huge parking lot
Very economical and right across the road from the Ark Encounter. Old motel. Very small bathroom. Hardly any outlets. Thin walls. It fit our needs and we didn’t see the need to spend more money for a room we would only be in to sleep. If looking to save money and don’t need lots of bells and whistles -this place may be for you.
Mice room for the money
Convenient location while visiting the Ark Encounter. Door to room, could see light around the edge and extra lock was broken. Otherwise, beds were comfortable. Had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Nice hot breakfast each morning which helped keep expenses low for trip. Would stay again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was across the street from The Ark Encounter, which was the reason for our visiting. Breakfast was good but options were limited.

Staff was great, breakfast was limited on options and equipment but only a slight wait to get coffee and make waffles. Room was clean but the hotel could use a good update with some sound proofing, the highway and train noise were a bit much.
I had bugs in the room is filthy carpet, where a dog Peed all over the place and it smells. For those that aren’t traveling with pets, they should’ve put us in another room.

Rooms are ground floor with parking outside the door, which I prefer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, hair drier, and microwave. TV also. The air conditioner worked well. The room cleanliness and bedding were better than usual. This property is very close to the Ark Encounter. Recommended!
For a continental breakfast it was pretty good. The owners are very kind and polite. The furnishings are worn and the bathroom tiny and needs new caulking and grout. But we had an adjoining room and they never turned their lights off and they were up at 5 am talking loudly so hard to sleep.
