The place was dirty and run down.

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms. They were far away from each other which made sharing things difficult. The place was really run down. One room had a bad odor. Both rooms had outlets that only worked on one side of the room. There were hairs in the bathtub and on “clean” towels. There were stains on the ceiling in one room. The breakfast was just cereal. There was a person sleeping on the floor in the check in area during the breakfast hours. It was quite uncomfortable as a guest.

I did not stay and the woman at the front desk, refunded my money, which I appreciated
Pros:

The woman at the front desk was very sweet

Cons:

This was an unsafe property. There were vagrants for five walking around the property. One weird guy, apparently on drugs and the remaining folks on the property, were suspect.
