We had a reasonably good stay.
Pros:

The location was great! Staff very helpful.

Cons:

The room was very tight for 3 people. There was hardly any space to put the luggage. The aircon was very noisy and we had to turn it off.
The breakfast options were quite limited in comparison to other Days Inn hotels we stayed in during our travels through Canada.

Low Key Murder Hotel.
Pros:

The location is really great.

Cons:

The hotel is very old, smelly, and run down. Terrible value for the price. Breakfast absolutely doesnt worth to pay for, there is basically nothing edible, just some old bread and an extremly dirty waffel maker placed in a windowless dark basment storage room. Awful. The reception staffs attitude is like something you would think only exists in memes. Just awful.

Great location to cruise terminal & Gas Town
Pros:

Extremely close to the cruise terminal and Gas Town. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by.
There is also a guest laundry onsite, which for us was fabulous to be able to get on our cruise with everything clean.
Breakfast was better than expected. Lovely cafe style pastries, fresh fruit and all the usual fare

Cons:

I have no complaints. Yes the stairs & halls are a little tired, the one elevator is a little slow (hence my familiarity with the stairs) but is as expected for the price/ location.

Very expensive for what is delivered
Pros:

Checkin, proximity to curie terminal, pub next door

Cons:

Dated, extremely small rooms, noisy room air-conditioner, lift is woefully inefficient for the size of the hotel and breakfast was terrible- quality and variety with insufficient space for guest to sit

Pay a little more and get a decent hotel!
Pros:

The location was decent but that is about it. It was a 5 minute walk to the cruise terminal, which was our primary reason for choosing this hotel.

Cons:

The elevator was broken when we arrived, I was like oh oh this is not going to be good. Our room was ok, but my friends rooms were so small you couldn’t even move. They were terrible. They also had mold in their bathrooms. The free breakfast room in the lower level was like a sauna, it was so hot and no air flow that we never even took advantage of it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ok for a basic hotel
Pros:

Great location, free basic breakfast, staff were friendly.

Cons:

Front of the hotel room 8th floor. It was very noisy from i assume a pub and bar next to hotel until 4am Fri and sat. Had to use ear plugs. Needs a refresh as tired but aware of this when booking. Industrial ac machine in room was a bit dramatic but worked.
